The Pad Heritage is a Thai-inspired glass house located at the heart of San Fernando, Pampanga. Experience filipino-thai traditional interior style with it's 8 meter by 4 meter salt water treated pool.

The space
The Pad Heritage is located at JASA Road, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. This grand villa is the 2nd house in a residential subdivision entrance. The Pad Heritage is accessible to bus, jeepney and tricycles.

Interior is a combination of Filipino and Thai traditional style. The entire space is 600 sqm. Only the bedrooms have air-conditioned unit. It has a private pool of 8 meters length and 4 meters width, 3 to 4.5 feet depth.

Parking area and gate entrance is located at the end of the house. A security camera is installed near the main entrance of the glass house, the narrow part of pool area is covered as well in the security camera.

The pool area is surrounded with trees and plants. A tall bamboo tree provides shade for the pool. There are 2 umbrella dining set located at the end of the pool. Swimming pool is maintained by salt water treatment (1/10 salt level only).

4 cars can park inside.

Living room, dining area, kitchen and 5 bedrooms are located at ground floor. One bedroom is located at 2nd floor. The bedroom with rocking chair outside (7th room) is not accessible as it is exclusive use for the owner (no one stays when there are guest bookings).

The kitchen has 30 pcs of plates, spoon, fork, drinking glass. 25 pcs of coffee mugs, saucers, soup bowls and teaspoon. Kitchen utensils available are chopping board, knife, 2 ladle, induction pan, scissor, can opener, microwave, induction stove, water dispenser and refrigerator. Only 1 round container of drinking water is free.

There are 6 bedrooms available for use (the room with divider is considered as 2 rooms).

THE PAD HERITAGE RULES
1. Children must be supervised by an adult. The owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
2. Please shower before entering the pool.
3. Strictly NO pets, glass, foods and beverages allowed in the pool area.
4. Be considerate, no yelling or other loud noises.
5. No smoking inside the house. Smoke at designated smoking area.
6. No diving, running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay.
7. No person having an obvious disease, communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, eye, ear, nose or throat infection is permitted to use the pool.
8. Spitting or spouting of water, urinating, blowing the nose or any other similar activity in the swimming pool is strictly prohibited
9. As much as possible, use proper swimwear. Do not wear denim shorts
10. No littering. Throw trash properly.
11. Don’t pick flowers and plants.
12. Please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm. Videoke and loud music is strictly prohibited after 10 pm. Uncontrollable noise after 10 pm shall forfeit the security deposit.
13. A security bond of 3000 is required for overnight stayers and is refundable after. In case of any damage done in the resort properties, the security bond will be deducted based on the assessed amount of the damages. Kindly report any existing damage to prevent charges.
14. Strictly 20 pax maximum with 10 free daytime visitors until 9pm only.
17. Eating inside the bedroom are not allowed, kindly enjoy your meal at dining area.
18. Security deposit shall be forfeited if there are vomits scattered, food floating on the pool and summoning of barangay official for uncontrollable noise.
