Entire spacious renovated modern cottage in Harwich Port. Open concept living room with large kitchen island. Great for gathering of all sort. We’re so close to Wychmere wedding venue, we welcomed all their guest!
Minutes to Bank street beach and Harwich Port downtown with great restaurants. Centrally to located, close to Chatham, Brewster and Dennis. Walk down to Nantucket Ferry at the end of our street. Enjoy the fire pit and peaceful backyard with deck.
Nearby bike trail with rental avail.

The space
Beautifully remodeled cottage , with character and charmed. A master suite is added to the 2 nd floor. You must climb stairs to access this bedroom. A new kitchen with a massive kitchen island. An open concept family dining room makes this space exceptional for family vacation. situated on a quiet corner lot. Bedroom #1, King size bed master bedroom with private new bathroom with walk-in shower. Not suitable for guest with mobilty restrictions
The 2nd bedroom with 3 single twin beds. 3 rd bedroom with queen size bed. The large living space sits comfortably 7 people. A formal dining room. The open concept kitchen with a massive island great for entertaining larger group. This beautiful space overlooking the beautiful garden and yard.

All modern and new appliances , fully equipped for the chef in you! Basic kitchen essentials are provided. The beautiful backyard is perfect for a relaxing evenings after a beach day. A grill, a large deck and a patio equipped with a fire pit perfect for s'mores while creating new memories with your family and friends. For families with children, we provide park n play and mattress, baby gates, high chair, baby blankets, kids toys, kids book, kids plates and silverware and numerous board games
We are so close to the Nantucket sound, quieter waters for families.
We have offer our guest the use of our beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers .

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house except the basement and garage.

Other things to note
We may consider request for a small dog under 20 lbs, non-shedding and hypoallergenic for a $200 pet fee per stay. During the summer months , from June 15th- Sept 15th, beach towels are provided and required to be washed and dried before checkout, otherwise a $50 fee will be requested.
