✹ The temperature is set to 84-88ºF (depending on the month).
✹ Pool heating will be billed after booking and is charged for the ENTIRE STAY.
✹ No heating is necessary from mid-to-late May through to mid-September.
✹ The pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays and Thursdays/Fridays (times subject to change).
Please note that we do not make a profit from pool heating. The daily fee helps cover the energy costs and pool heater maintenance. For efficiency, we heat the entire pool and do not turn the heater on and off. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are charged at $50-$95 daily).

YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY TO YOURSELF.
When you stay in this gorgeous pool home, you have the entire space to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, including the washers and dryers, outdoor spaces, high-speed WiFi, makeup stations, dressing areas, individual desks and rooms for working from home, and large tables for working together.
From here, you're just minutes from the local grocery stores, Old Town, and some of the area's best shopping and dining venues. You're also a short drive from some of Scottsdale’s most beautiful natural landmarks, hiking trails, golf courses, and other outdoor recreation spots.
