  • Drasco was a very friendly and helpful host that made all attempts to make my stay comfortable and relaxing. He provided information about the area and made recommendations for places to eat and see during my stay.

Thank you you for a great and extremely memorable trip to Barcelona, which I will always remember!

  • We had a nice stay in this studio. Its next to the beach and supermarkets, metrostation and for ppl who wants to enjoy nightlife, clubs like opium etc are reachable in few minutes. For two persons, doesn't matter a couple or friends its big enough. Everything what you need is there. I would recommend this apartment for young as well as for elder people.

  • Apartment is small, but even for four people to travel well! beach, the Gothic Quarter, Ramblas - everything is really close! Ksenia very positive and kind, at the meeting told us where to go, what restaurants are good, as it is convenient to eat during the day in Barcelona! Once we forgot the keys at home and 20 minutes later we were contacted her representative and the problem was solved, we opened the door! thank Ksenia And Draco! Ivan

  • Ksenia and Drasko were great! Very helpful and responsive and even met us late after we got lost. They provided some great maps and ideas of what to see, where to eat, etc. You can't beat the location of this apartment! So close to the beach and within walking distance of most sights.

  • A fabulous apartment with air conditioning. Great and friendly hosts and so close to everything. A real gem of a place.

    June 2013
  • Ksenia and Drasko are very friendly, and gave us a late heck out so that we could enjoy an extra day at the beach. The flat is very well located, just a couple of steps away from the public beach. However, I would not return to this place because of the mold in the bathroom which exudes a pretty strong smell.

Thank you and we'll fix it =)

  • We had a great time in Barceloneta, and the beach was wonderful. We had all the things we needed in the apartment for a little baby (8 month). Our flight was 3 hours delayed, which was not at problem for the friendly host.

    June 2013
  • The flat was very conveniently located in the la Barceloneta area. The beach is 2 minutes away as are grocery stores, bakery, etc... The metro is a 5 minutes walk.
The flat is, as advertised, very tiny.
The furnishing is very basic but OK if you stay for a couple of nights. We stayed there for 5 nights with two kids. We would not recommend this accomodation if you travel with children as you will have almost no room to move around but this is something we took in consideration when booking.
Communication with the hosts was absolutely perfect as was the Wifi connection which was very important for us.

    May 2013
  • I recommend the apartment because it is very well situated, just at the level of the beach.
    The owners are very nice.

    May 2013
  • We would probably recommend the agency, the location of the flat and its equipments.
However the flat is far to humid and smely despite the air conditioning and the sofa bed so unconfortable ( a hole in the middle) that we left the accommodation prior to the due date.
Great experience in BCN though and we will come back,
    Amandine And Jo

    Response from Xenia And Drasco:

Sorry for the raining week in Barcelona, it was really humid, but not only at this apartment. We believe It won't repeats until the next Autumn =) The "hole" in the sofa it's just a zipper connecting 2 parts of the sofa (IKEA) we closed it. See you next time!

Xenia: I am originally from Moscow and I moved to Barcelona 4 years ago. I love this city because it's a perfect combination of history, culture and seaside, mountains and beaches, because of its climate (300 sunny days in a year) and because of it's size - it not too small neither too big. I practice Yoga, play beach volley and study german language. I wish all my guests enjoy Barcelona the same way I do, and I since I know Barcelona very well, I can give you good tips on where to eat, go for a shopping, go at night, which sightseeing to visit, and whatever you wish to know about this beautiful city. I speak spanish, english, russian and german. Drasco: I am originally from Serbia, have been living in Barcelona since 2001. I like to play basketball, interested in new technologies and in foreign languages. I know every single street of the Old Town of Barcelona and a vast majority of the other Barcelona neighbourhoods. I like people and I can answer to almost any question regarding your stay in Barcelona. I speak english, swedish, russian, catalan, spanish and serbian. We prefer to travel on our own, to stay at private houses or rooms all over the world because we believe that way we can learn more about a new country, its people, traditions, etc. Our life motto: if you dare to win, you can't lose! :-) You're welcome to stay with us in Barcelona! :-)
