The Space

This room is about 160 ft2 or 15 m2 and has 2 single or 1 double sleeping arrangement and an extra airbed can be arranged upon request.

It is either rented out as one separate room or together with 3 other rooms in a large rooftop apartment. please see "The Suite" + "The Loft" + "Simple&Cheap" under my other listing for price and availability.

THE ROOFTOP APARTMENT is located by Jægersborggade in NoAss, the area North of the Assistens Cementary, resting place of our grand author H.C. Andersen and a central spot on Nørrebro in Copenhagen.

THE AREA is the new center of coolness in Copenhagen offering urban farming in the park. Just outside the door you also find Michelin restaurants, world champion baristas, authentic craftmakers in shoe and ceramics on the hip Jægersborgsgade which is a non profil shopping street.

The shared apartment is newly renovated with floor heating, high speed wifi, dishwasher, cleaning lady etc.

There are 2 bikes for free disposal if you want to try to transport yourself around like other Copenhagen'ers. It might be scary at first but it´s a fun experience and you will quickly learn.

WE ARE young creative professionals living here and happy to show you around or give you some very qualified insider tips of do´s and dont´s in the city.

  • Our stay at Pentkenel was amazing! We met great people, discovered Norrebronx like chiefs, enjoyed the daylife as much as the nightlife and slept like babies in a comfy room. We, Jeff & Emilie, totally recommend the spot if you want to experience Copenhagen "in the zone". Thank you Rasmus for the great place. Cheers from Quebec!

  • Quite nice flat in the city centre. Leonardo (Rasmus was on holidays) (email hidden), he gave us constructions and answered every single question. In the flat were many other guests too and sometimes it was quite loud (your stay was before New Years Eve, so it was ok). We liked staying in this flat. The only minus is that it could have been a little bit cleaner in the bathroom. TOP ACCOMMODATION!

  • Copenhagen is a great city and the appartment is really nice. It was very clean and Rasmus (email hidden)! The city part is really nice and there are nice shops and cafés around. It's also not far to the central city. I would warmly recommend it to everyone!

  • Rasmus was not in town during our stay. We had no trouble picking up the house key from a nearby cafe. There was a little confusion about which room was for us. No one was home and there wasn't a note left to tell us which room was ours. We had to look in each room to see if there was luggage or if the bed was made. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. I booked this airbnb because I really wanted to have bikes to ride around the city. I messaged Rasmus about how to access the bikes and he never got back to me. So don't expect to have bikes if you book this place. Overall the place was as pictured.

  • The apartment is fine and in a charming neighborhood. Rasmus was always aware by message. But even though we had some problems... We choose his place just because of the bikes he announces but we could not use them because they were broken (it is surely other guests' fault but we would really appreciate if he had checked things before, as I have asked ). The bathroom and the kitchen could be cleanner... maybe renting 4/5 rooms with 2 people each was too much for only one shower (bath)... And I think so many people would go better with his presence to organize it and to deal with gests that has small sense of collectiveness.
But its important to remember that the price was considerable low for Copenhagen and the location was pretty cool. Rasmus was comunicative and seems that it was not comom the fact that he was not in, so things should go fine normally - the refrigerator was full of happiness and gratitude =]

  • The flat in general and the bathroom are quite clean and there was everything available what I needed. The room is just good for a short stay in Copenhagen, when you want to visit the city and just need something to sleep. So, perfect for me.
I just saw Rasmus once in passing in the very beginning, so I can't say much about him. He organized it well with the key and just gave me some short information.

Be aware of sharing the flat with other guest, who might be loud sometimes, what happened to me. This hasn't been Rasmus' fault at all, but the one of the inconsiderate guests. ;)

    Enjoy your stay. :)

  • This place is perfect. Room is confortable, clean and lightfull. The neighborhood is trendy, quiet, full of little chop and place to breakfast and eat. It's so easy to get everywhere from here. A few meters from the place, you can find one of the best place in the world to take coffee, "the coffee factory", and find there Rasmus (He is always there ;-). That guy is so kind, always there for you if you need him, but let you live your live too... So don't hesitate!
