The maximum capacity of this condo is 5, per our city permit and 5 can comfortably sleep in one of the most desirable and tranquil coastal settings imaginable. OH SOOO Comfortable and cozy, 1 bedroom features a king size bed. The ensuite bathroom is configured with a soaker tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom features a cozy bunk that looks like a pirate ship with the bottom bunk being a trundle bed set up as a twin but expands to a king size bed and a twin size top bunk. The 2nd bathroom includes an incredible walk-in shower.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and washer/dryer are provided, as well as 3 smart TV's with cable.

Soak up the sun at the swimming pool or enjoy the magnificent Little Bay views from the Palapa while socializing with friends and neighbors. Hi, we’re Doug & Sandy. We love the ocean, and feel so blessed to have a place directly on the Bay! Being able to Fish from the deck, put kayaks in, bird watching and explore is the best! We often take walks around the island or on Rockport Beach (one of Texas’ highest rated beaches). Doug’s retired from the corporate setting and Sandy is a Special Education Teacher in Corpus Christi and we’ve put a lot of thought into providing you an experience of a lifetime. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. During Your Stay We love to meet our guests and if possible be on hand to welcome you and provide you with any additional information. We live within 10 minutes, so if there is anything you need or want, give us a call or text and we’ll be available!
