We have a village pub in Trefeglwys (2 miles away) called the Red Lion. There is also a great restaurant (Arthurs) and village shops in Trefeglwys and Staylittle. Our favourite pub in Llanidloes is the Angel who serve real ale and lovely food, reasonably priced. Evans serve the best fish and chips in the area and Helen runs the local tea rooms (called the Cobblers), you must try the homemade soup.
