A little charmer designed the Berlin way: stylish, arty, minimalist with tons of flair, nestling in a fab, creative-cum-procreative, central, well-connected area with plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Here is to "home 'suite' home"!
This balcony beauty boasts the best of both, the bohemian and the bourgeois Berlin since it's situated in the city's 'creative cum procreative' heart, in Prenzlauer Berg.
It's very 'Berlin': arty, minimalist, charismatic. Beyond this the central one-room apartment is a calm and cosy comfort zone arranged with tender, love & care, offering an eclectic collection of vintage furniture and the odd artwork. It has a separate kitchen & bathroom with marvelous marble tiling.
It's a wonderful south-facing 4th-floor flat with a lift and lovely balcony set in a restored period building just off a leafy square, the picturesque and popular Helmholtzplatz.
The place is designed in a mid-century style and comes with high-speed internet, towels and linen. Natural materials and wall paint add to well-being and reduce the eco footprint. Its comfy double bed sleeps 2 guests.
Airbnb has featured my space as one of the top ten poetic getaways world wide in their blog.
