Affectionately known as the "house hotel", because we want you to feel like you have the luxury of a hotel, but the comfort of home. We carefully curated the space to have a slightly eclectic-farmhouse feel and be welcoming to everyone.
Fully stocked kitchen.
Cozy family room.
Intentional coffee bar.
Comfortable & individualized bedrooms.
Chalkboard wall & other activities for those with littles.
Two full bathrooms.
Upstairs laundry.
Close to walking paths & parks.

The space
The front room welcomes you into a cozy space for conversation and morning coffee. A desk for dedicated work space if needed.

The main floor is open and spacious, allowing for chatting at the breakfast bar while cooking.

We have a cute coffee bar with a Keurig which serves single k-cups or makes a carafe to serve. We also love using the French press for those slow mornings. A selection of tea and hot chocolate is also available.

The dining room offers a bench for littles. A high chair is available for babies.

The living room has a large sectional for big groups to gather.

The upstairs of the home has the convenience of laundry down the hall from the rooms.

A large master with an ensuite. We wanted to create an oasis for you to rest. There’s a spacious walk in closet for luggage and personals. A sitting area for reading.
The blue room has one set of bunks that sleeps two and has open space for a pack and play.
The pink room sleeps two comfortably in the double bed.

Really nice and spacious walking path throughout the community. There is a park across the street.

The small strip mall offers a delicious bakery and restaurant/bar.
We love the owners of the new convenience store- the candy aisle does not disappoint.

My hubby and I are a couple of dorky high school sweethearts. We have four kids, so like unofficially, we are crazy.

We are both self-employed so we took our little-big family to Florida for five months and decided to Airbnb our house. (Not influencers, gross, I’m a wedding florist and my hubby owns a property maintenance company.) *fav past time is sarcastic banter.

Our kids affectionally call Airbnb’s, “house hotels” so that’s how we got our name.

So much love and intention went into our little place and our hope is that you feel cozy and at peace when you stay.
