King-size bed, rudimentary kitchen, bathroom, japanese soaking tub (for cold soak), AND a wood-fired sauna, you're sure to find relaxation. Without tech distractions you'll enjoy your stay with board games, reading, napping, strolling the property of our organic farm. 10 mins from Mount Horeb w/ cute, local shops and restaurants as well as several state/county parks. Perfect blend of rural escape + nearby conveniences!

The space
A cozy, private sauna suite with king-size bed, dining area, kichenette, half bath, Japanese soaking tub, and wood-fired SAUNA. The Japanese soaking tub is a little challenging to get into and out of with fairly steep steps, so please use the hand rails and use caution! *please note the tub is for a cold soak not a hot soak

This strawbale "cabin" is sort of set up like a studio with an open floor plan. It's ideal for couples looking to get away and stoke the fire of their relationship, but if three close freinds want an affordable escape, there is plenty of room!

We recently bought this farm (November 2021) and this building was already here. It was originally built for a prior owner to practice her massage therapy business out of. It is timber frame construction with strawbale insulation and natural material walls. It was built to be environmentally-friendly!

This is a "rustic" stay. Wifi is hit or miss out here, it does not have a full kitchen or full "traditional" bathroom (but does have all the features of a full bathroom). It's also extremely charming and cozy. We welcome you to use the wood-fired sauna and soaking tub to relax. *Please read the woodstove manual before operating and starting a fire!*

We live in rural Mount Horeb. Vast, sprawling farm fields surround our wooded 20-acre organic farm where we grow vegetables and fruit for our CSA. LaFollette Rd is not too busy. We are about ten minutes from Mount Horeb where guests can shop local boutiques, dine at a variety of restaurants, grab a beer or hard cider, and much more. We are also very close to Donald Park, Stewark Lake, Blue Mound State Park, Brigham Park, Tyrol Basin, and other local gems. We will be happy to share with you our favorite spots!
