Visiting Boise? Our property is perfect for a vacation, visiting family or a work trip to the City of Trees. We are located a short 4 block walk from North End Hyde Park, and 5 minutes to downtown Boise. The Boise Greenbelt (famous for biking or walking along the Boise River to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops) is also just 5 minutes away. Sit out on the patios of the wineries or restaurants along the path or check out more excitement watching surfers ride the waves at the Boise Whitewater Park. SUP or kayak on the lazy river in Esther Simplot. The property is only a 10 min bike ride to BSU! Or, In the evenings watch the sunset skies from the hot tub or gather around the cozy gas fireplace and count the stars in the beautiful Boise sky!
Entryway: Once inside the front door, you will be in our entryway room that connects to the open single level home. We feature local magazines & local marketing to help plan your day around the city.
The kitchen/living/dining: Relax in this open concept area + a private sunroom with french doors to create a dedicated office. A dining table that seats 6. Fully equipped with all necessary utensils, basic cooking supplies and condiments, organic coffee/tea a coffee pot microwave, hot kettle, blender & toaster, waffle iron and more. Dishes including plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses. Plus, children's dinnerware provided for the little ones in your group. The Subzero refrigerator comes stocked with sparkling water and creamer for coffee. For cooking in, we have high end pots/pans/knives and a gas Wolf range. Plus, organic spices & cooking oils are always provided. The living space, open and bright with a spacious feel, features a comfortable couch and plush chairs for you to curl up in after a long day of exploring Boise. Enjoy provided board games & portable music speaker. Hardwood flooring is softened with a modern-style rug and handy coffee table. A floor lamp provides overhead lighting options along with traditional ceiling lights. A 60-inch flat screen television to enjoy shows with your Netflix, Hulu, etc., subscription offers your evening entertainment. Bring your favorite book and curl up with one of the provided throws and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood while enjoying the fire. Don’t worry no need to go buy wood, we have you covered with duraflame logs for your stay.

Two end tables, stylishly appointed with essential oil diffuser, and a usb charging station on each side of the Nectar memory foam mattress king size bed, with 500 thread count cotton sheets, luxury cotton bedding and piled high with pillow. It is perfect for diving into after your walk along the Greenbelt or mountain hike. Reading lamps are on each nightstand. Your bedroom includes a full-length mirror and console table for smaller items, like keys, cell phones or jewelry. Black out curtains block any light for the perfect night's sleep.

Modern style end tables are on each side of the bed, reading lamps, usb chargers and a DoTERRA oil diffuser. The full bathroom: Features large vanity + sink + plenty of countertop space with mirror, plus cupboard space to store your essentials from home. Hair dryer included. Extra fluffy towels. Organic body lotion and chemically free 100% clean body wash/shampoo/conditioner.
Half bathroom: In master bedroom you will have a your own private space vanity-mirror great new lighting private in room fully equipped half bath.
Laundry Room: A stylish sunroom/laundry room with full size washer/dryer is provided for laundry needs with organic laundry products + plus all basic organic cleaning supplies including broom, dustpan and vacuum should you need during your stay. An ironing board and iron are also located in the closet if you need to look nice for an event or get ready for work.
Outdoors: You access the Bungalow through the covered front porch with a self-check-in lockbox. Street parking is free and readily available, you also have a dedicated parking pad in back with ally access or a small carriage garage. Excellent space to store your toys. Sit back and relax in the comfy front porch chairs, or relocate to your back yard oasis and find a Adirondack chair light up the propane fire pit at night for those fabulous s'mores. Enjoy local wine, craft beers, tapas or a full dinner out back on our floating wood deck featuring a 6 person wood dining set. Unwind under the twinkle lights while soaking in the jacuzzi or just curl up with a book and enjoy the beautiful night skies of Boise!

You must provide breed details before booking a pet and get written permission from host. We require that you clean up after your pet both outside and inside.
Due to the coronavirus we are taking disinfection seriously, our cleaners are doing a top to bottom job and really focusing on disinfection of high-touch areas, such as light switches, door handles, remotes, countertops, etc.
We are a quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
Any complaints from neighbors regarding noise are grounds for your reservation to be terminated without a refund.
