LOOKOUT COTTAGE - Weekly rental or 5 nights minimum

Lovely, quaint self-catered cottage directly across from Pleasant Bay with spectacular views. Walk across the street to small, sandy Pleasant Bay beach.
Three small bedrooms -- one room with double bed, one room with twin beds and one room with a single bed. Full kitchen outfitted with pots, pans, dishes and utensils as well as lobster pot. Dining area, living room with cable TV, DVD player, and own WiFi, outdoor shower and outside garden with table and chairs with marsh views. Full bathroom downstairs and half bathroom upstairs. Central air conditioning and heating. Private yet conveniently located: equidistant to Orleans village and Chatham (4 miles). Maximum occupancy is for 5 people. No lodging tax.
Outside, the back of the cottage faces conservation land and there is an outside dining table and grill to enjoy summer meals outdoors as well as an outdoor shower.
The cottage has central AC and heat. No washer and dryer but there is a clothesline outside.
All children are welcome.
Weekly rate: $1775.
(Sat to Sat) or will consider weekly rentals arriving on other days.
Linen/Cleaning fee: $85
Minimums: (5-night min in high season and 3-night minimum in shoulder season (April - May and last Sept - October)
Nightly rate: $317 per night plus $85 cleaning fee
