The space
This spacious and stylish one-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests and offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and artistic charm — the ideal base to explore the best of Barcelona.
Spread over 80m² (861 sq ft) in a well-maintained modernist building, the apartment is fully air-conditioned, bathed in natural light, and enjoys iconic views of Montjuïc and stunning sunsets.
Beautifully decorated with designer furniture, original artworks, and high-end appliances, it features high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace to make working from home a breeze.
The bright and airy lounge is the heart of the home, with large windows, expressive art, and exposed brick. It flows seamlessly into the dining area, modern kitchen, and opens onto a charming balcony with palms and seating — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. A hidden single pull-out bed provides additional sleeping space, complete with quality linens.
Cooking at home is a joy in the sleek kitchen, fully equipped with premium appliances: full oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, toaster, blender, juicer, steamer, drip coffee maker, and elegant kitchenware.
The serene master bedroom, set quietly at the back of the apartment, offers a peaceful retreat ideal for restful nights. While it doesn’t receive direct natural light, it features soft ambient lighting, blackout blinds for uninterrupted sleep, exposed brick, Persian rugs, expressive art, a plush memory foam mattress (160 x 200 cm), crisp white bedding, a wall-mounted TV, and generous storage. A safety deposit box is also available.
The bathroom, finished in striking black marble, features a walk-in rain shower, WC with bidet spray, a large vanity area, and spa-like touches. Fresh white towels, shampoo, shower gel, and essentials are provided.
A hidden laundry closet includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and steam iron for added convenience.
Guest access
You´ll have complete access to the entire apartment and its amenities during your stay, we simply ask that you treat the space as if it were your own home.

📢 Important: Mandatory Guest Registration with Mossos d’Esquadra
According to public safety regulations in Catalonia (Decree 159/2012 and other legal provisions), all tourist accommodations are required to collect and report guest information to the Catalan police (Mossos d’Esquadra).
This process is mandatory for all guests over the age of 14.

💶 Tourist Tax
As required by local law, all stays in Barcelona are subject to a tourist tax.
This tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be collected separately.
📆 Starting in March 2025, the rate will be €8.50 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, during the first 7 nights) + a 10% handling fee.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a payment link to complete the transaction.
This tax helps support sustainable tourism. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
👶 Babies
If you’re traveling with little ones, we can provide a selection of baby items to make your stay more comfortable.
These items are available at an additional cost and can be requested after your booking is confirmed.
🗑️ Garbage Collection
In warm climates, garbage is typically collected very early in the morning or late at night.
Please take your trash to the nearest recycling bins (grey) in the late afternoon.

Lost or unreturned keys: €180
Lock change: €350
If the keys are left inside the apartment and a new set must be delivered:
From 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM: €30
From 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM: €50
📅 Long Stays
For stays of 28 days or more, a €250 management fee will apply.
🔐 Security
Please ensure that all doors, windows, and balcony/terrace doors are properly locked when leaving the apartment.
⚠️ Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during your stay.
We recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance.
🏠 Additional Notes
There is one locked wardrobe/cupboard in the master bedroom that is not for guest use.
