The space
New: The challenge of pool and spa heating during the winter months has been effectively resolved thanks to a substantial upgrade to the heating system with the Raypak Crosswind V system! You can now achieve your preferred pool and spa temperature regardless of the outdoor temperatures dropping to 50 degrees or lower thereby adversely affecting the warmth of the pool and spa.

No expenses were spared in the design and world class theming of this eight bedroom luxury retreat, the largest floorplan available in ChampionGate with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a movie room, and a recreation room accommodating up to 18 guests. The exceptional and one of a kind Star Wars recreation room is equipped with four Sonos speakers, several arcade machines, premium air hockey table, premium pool table, two Xbox Series Xs equipped with gamepass ultimate so your kids and family can play together! Additional theme rooms include Buzz Lightyear based on the recent Lightyear movie released in 2022, Frozen castle, and Harry Potter.
Movie room comes with a 4K projector, projector screen, and LED lighting. This room is equipped with theater recliners, sectional sofa, 5.1 surround sound ceiling speakers, and a Roku with bring your own login. Feel free to bring your own streaming login for endless viewing!
Adult rooms (5) come with premium interior design and furniture while also including a usb a and c combination outlet. All rooms come with a 55 inch 4K SmartTV. Spectrum streaming service is provided.
Kitchen area includes a coffee bar, ninja 3-in-1 grill w/air fryer, Star Wars toaster, Star Wars R2D2 waffle maker, gourmet silverware, and gourmet knives set. Infant and Toddler specific dining set is also provided.
Patio area comes with a pool and jacuzzi ($35/night for heated pool and spa) and is equipped with an outdoor grill, patio furniture, a screen-in fence for child safety.
The Oasis Club
The Oasis Club is an exclusive “resort style” club for registered residents and guests of Lennar’s ChampionsGate Community. This beautifully appointed club boasts the amenities of some of the finest resorts in the world, right in your own backyard. Featuring a 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse complete with a full-service restaurant, including indoor and patio dining, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, business center, 26 seat movie theater, kids activities center, arcade room, Concierge, Guest Service/Ticket Sales and multiple common areas for gathering with family and friends, there is so much to do under one roof. When you’re ready to step outside, you’ll find our 82,000 sq. ft. pool deck where you will discover so many ways to relax, from floating around your very own zero entry heated lazy river, taking a plunge down the water slide or watching kids play in the interactive splash zone.

Pool Heating
The heater will be in operation for 12 hours each day at the same time as the pool pump is running, they do not operate 24 hours per day. The pool pump will run from 10 AM to 10 PM EST. For this reason the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat. When you arrive at your home the pool heater will already have been switched on for your arrival but the pool may take 24 hours to reach optimum temperature.
PLEASE NOTE that the spa is not a hot tub which means it will take longer to heat up. Note further that the pool/spa heating needs to be paid for upfront prior to your arrival.

Guest access
You will be sent check-in instructions day of check-in, which will include a door code to use on the keypad lock on the front door.
Guests have full access except for the owner's closet and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Guests will also have access to the Oasis club along with the newly constructed pool and splash area amenity specific for Phase III guests at no additional cost.
