  • Cica was very nice and so was the appartment. Highly recommended

  • Had a wonderful stay here. The pool was nice and the beach just across the street! Nice area, off the beaten path a bit from Cannes downtown. No parking issues, was quite convenient to drive downtown at night and come back with spots available. Apartment was nice, a bit outdated but was expected. Great location for families.

Cica was extremely helpful with suggestions, ensuring our stay was fine and was prompt with any questions we had. I also had a positive expense with her sending me something I had left behind.

  • Cica was a great host, she picked us up from the bus station in Cannes for free and will pick up from Nice airport for only 50 Euro. (A lot cheaper than the taxis!) But gave us privacy for the rest of the stay.

The garden, was very peacfull and the pool very clean and the view was wonderful. Sitting outside eating breakfast or having a glass of wine at sunset with the hills in the background was one of the highlights of the trip.

The house itself was a bit rundown and the furniture a little tatty, but it had everything that was needed and this didn't detract from our stay.
Cica and her husband live in the level above and it was a little noisy on occasion, but again this was a minor irritation only.

The house is about 15 minutes walk from the centre but in a very quiet area close to small supermarkets and a very nice bakery. So overall the location couldn't be better.

This was one of the best breaks I have ever had and without the couple of negative points above it would have been pretty much perfect. I would reccomend to anyone who is not looking for a luxury apartment type holiday.

  • The view is indeed very nice. The pool(s), there are 2 of them, are also very nice, they are great, my kids loved the pools. The neighborhood is also very good if you happen to have kids. There are markets, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants all within a block from the complex. The beach is 100m away! All that made the stay memorable. However the unit is old and dirty and can use a major renovation. This rental unit is part of a larger vacation property. The owner doesn't live there and the owner isn't the host. The host rents out the unit on the owner's behalf and she doesn't really know the unit very well. The furniture, the dishes, tables, chairs, bed are all low quality.

The place is also very very hot in the summer. I spent an entire afternoon looking for a fan! The host would not provide one.

The location was great! The apartment was not. Next time I would simply rent from the vacation hotel (Pierre & Vacances) that operates most of the other rental units on the same premises.

  • We had a lovely 2 weeks' stay. The setting is lovely - in the foothills of the mountains! The apartment itself is basic, but spacious. And the building it is in, the garden and the pool make for a beautiful, restful stay. There are no provisions left, as there have been in other airbnb flats I've stayed in. This is because no-one actually lives in it. The lovely Cica and her family live upstairs. So you need to buy soap, detergent, basic food supplies. I'm mentioning this as other places I've stayed have all been lived in, so had these things there, of course!

The internet connection wasn't good - so I wouldn't try running your business from there, as I did. However, Cica promises me that this is being remedied!

The walk to the house from Cannes is very steep - and it was very hot when we were there. But there is a short cut - and also it's near a few bus routes. Having said that, the views on the walk are absolutely stunning!

Cica herself is absolutely lovely and very helpful. She picked us up from the station, which was a great start to our stay.

In summary, I'd say the villa is a fantastic place to stay. All our friends were very jealous! I'd definitely stay there again.

  • Very close to the Croisette. A lovely host who did everything she could to make me feel at home.

  • Great host, mediocre apartment.

Location: The apartment is located ~5Km from the city center near the beach. If you are interested in a quite place to hang out, then this is it. However if you are interested in easy access to the city center, you better look for a place closer to the city center.

Apartment: The apartment is suitable for acouple (one bedroom). The furniture and appliances can use an upgrade.

Host: Cica was very nice and accesible when required.

  • Cica was awesome! She and her place are both so lovely. She greeted us during the Cannes Film Festival at the bus station, and took us to her place where we felt at home.

The place is in the hills, with wonderful views, open windows and a pool.

The walk into and back from town is about 15 min which seemed like nothing, we walked everyday for nearly two weeks here.

She truly cares about your experience, will go the extra mile, but will also give you your own space, the place was our's while we were there.

I look forward to staying here again next year!

Thanks, Cica for helping make the trip more memorable.

  • I loved this apartment! Cica, the host, was so accommodating and was eternally present for anything I needed. It was a great experience.
