The space
2 condos just a few doors apart. 2BR/2BA each for a total stay of 4br and 4ba.
Each of the 2 condos are very spacious at 900 sq ft. Similar open floor plans which intermingle the kitchen, dining, and living area to provide a larger gathering place in each. Although they are not connected; they are just steps away from each other as both are on the first floor with just 2 units in between. Providing both closeness and privacy at the end of the day. You're sure to appreciate the tastefully updated coastal decor with unique furniture, fixtures, coloring, lighting, and artwork to provide similar yet unique spaces. The condo complex is perfect for families that want a vacation away from the high-rise condos and hotels as there are just 14 units total in this west beach complex. No need to wait for elevators as each unit is just 5 steps up from the ground. This is ideal for an extended family vacation, family reunion, three generations vacation, work team building, or getaway with close family friends.

*Kitchen appliances: Both are fully stocked with microwave, stove, coffeemakers (pod and drip), refrigerator & freezer, portable ice maker, dishwasher, blender, various utensils, flatware, pots, pans, cups, and plates.

*Laundry: New stacked washer and dryer in each unit.
We provide a starter pack for items such as laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper. If you anticipate using more of these items please bring them or plan on picking them up during your stay.

*Central A/C throughout w/ ceiling fans and extra fans if needed.

*FREE Parking: Up to 4 vehicles max in lot-1 assigned spot per condo included and 7 first come first served spots for up to 1 more car per condo.

*Bathrooms: Each condo has 2 Full bathrooms with tub/shower. Each master suite has a large make-up area and bathroom.

*The Condo complex: You're sure to have plenty of privacy as there are only 14 condo units with 7 on each of 2 floors. There may be times during your stay where your group is the only one there. Situated in between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each) in the more laid back west beach with beach access via 10th street.

*The Area: The complex is in the west beach with beach access at 10th St. public access. Just down the road from Highway 59 & The Hangout (about one and a half miles) to not miss out on the action for the adventurous, but in a more relaxed family friendly area to offer a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to recharge.

Some differences to note: Attached king suite bathroom is slightly smaller in 1 condo.

Guest access
Shared grilling and outdoor pool open year round (unheated). Condo complex has just 14 units total, so you will have loads of privacy. Beach access is one and a half blocks away (quick 4-5 minute walk). Little lagoon is also one and a half blocks away. Restaurant, ice-cream shop, and convenience store right around the block are walkable. Many more shops, restaurants, stores, and other vacation adventures are a short drive away.

Other things to note
We stock some board games, card games, & some beach items available for our guests to use. There are DVD players, but please bring your choice of DVDs. We provide bath towels. We provide 'starter' toiletries and kitchen items, but if you are staying for longer stays or larger groups please plan accordingly.

Neighborhood highlights

The Condos are a block and a half from the beach (5 minute walk). There is a convenience store with all of the basics, an ice cream shop, seafood market, and restaurant within a block for those days you just want to relax and don't want to drive at all. Little lagoon is also a block and a half away (5 minute walk).

The Beach Access has a wash station to rinse off the sand and sea before your trip back.
