additional fee for each extra person ( after 4 guests ) is IDR 75K / person / night
this fee including : extra bed, extra pillow, extra quilt / blanket / bed cover and extra towel

pls register the appropriate number of guests on Airbnb and later the rental price will be calculated automatically by Airbnb

Criteria :
Small to medium sized pet.

I understand that it is difficult to find a pet friendly accommodation like hotel or apartements.
So I allowed my guest to bring their pet - but only for short terms ( like 1-2 days, or only for transit )

It's not allowed by the management to bring pet so you have to do it secretly or under the radar.

Pet can't go to outside area such as pool area.

Pet can play at the small balcony, as our unit is at Ground Floor so it is completely safe.

There is an extra fee IDR 50k per pet per stay.
We will give this fee entirely to our staff.

Please contact me before you book if you come along with your pet.

House located at Pakuwon Indah and can host up to 11 guests.

3 Apartments located at TANGLIN MANSION - Pakuwon Mall.
2 units : located at 5th floor, pool view.
1 unit : located at 1st floor, walk distance to the pool.

1 Apartments located at ROSEBAY - Graha Family.

All of the apartments located at the low level floor, coz I don't like staying at lift for too long ( total floors is 38 ).
