Welcome to Grace House. A place where you can relax ,enjoy organic, home cooked food and baked goods! Grace House is is centrally located to the North and South Campuses of the University of Buffalo, Niagara Falls, the City of Buffalo, Universities/Colleges and close to the airport! Looking for a longer term stay? I am happy to talk with you about this! I have two cats, Nicholas and Cody- Cody loves our guests, Nicholas is a bit shy but will warm up to you.

The space
My house is 15 minutes to the city and 30 minutes to Niagara Falls by car, not far at all!
There is safe parking on the street in front of my house for your car and there is a supermarket close by.

I include healthy organic breads, coffee, teas, eggs, oatmeal and I also can make gluten free items available for my guests as long as time permits for me.

My home is an inviting, peaceful home with a loving sweet cat named Bella. You will be greeted with a warm plate of homemade chocolate chip cookies, freshly scented towels and a warm cup of coffee. Perhaps you would prefer a nice glass of wine instead?

The bedroom has a queen sized bed so comfortable you won't want to get out! This is one of two bedrooms I have available. The other, smaller and very quaint bedroom is listed on Craftsman Style Bungalow II and is located right next to this one.

I promise you will meet some amazing people from all over the globe if both rooms are rented!

My house is located between the North and South Campuses of the University of Buffalo and just fifteen minutes from the City of Buffalo, you won't be far from any park, concert venue, fabulous restaurants and architectural wonders. Our city hosts three Frank Lloyd Wright homes and many Olmstead parks. The city offers so many wonderful restaurants, you will be hard pressed to choose! I will provide you with recommendations, approximate prices and directions. I promise you won't be disappointed!

The breathtaking, wonder of Niagara Falls is only 30 minutes away and there is a beautiful park to stroll through and you must stay for the light show at night that shows brilliant colors against the sparkly, translucent waters!

There is an artsy part of our town much like NYC's Soho, which we call Elmwood. The street hosts museums, boutiques and many great eateries and bars.

Hertel avenue which is not far from the house is another up and coming area with many unique furniture, interior design stores, boutiques, coffee houses, bars and restaurants.

You are welcome to enjoy the living room and sun room which overlook our beautiful maple tree lined street and watch your favorite tv shows or read a book. There are laundry facilities in the basement.

Wifi, the kitchen, living room, sitting area, bathroom, laundry facilities and outdoor, backyard patio. There is a TV in the living room, please make yourself comfortable , put up your feet and relax watching your favorite shows!

Both of the bedrooms are nicely situated on the first floor with close access to a bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom is shared with the other guest bedroom, if that is a concern for you , please lets' discuss this before you book the room.

Neighborhood highlights

My neighborhood is lined with beautiful maple trees, is very quiet with neighbors who are friendly and respectful. There is plenty of safe parking on the street and feel free to take a walk around, it is quite pleasant on a spring/summer day and I promise the neighbors will say hello!
