Thank you Anna and Dylan, the apartment was clean and comfortable, so central that we almost walked everywhere. The area is great, a lot of cafes and restaurants and amazing shops, I just wish we stayed longer! We had a brilliant time.
This was a great place to stay while in Paris. The location is awesome. It's very close to lots of good restaurants, great shopping and a easy to walk to Notre Dame etc. It is on a very busy street, but it was quiet at night and early in the morning (except for the first morning that happened to be trash day).
The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfy and the shower in the bathroom was fantastic! The apartment did feel a bit impersonal but it was very spacious and got a lot of nice natural light. There were just 2 of us, so we used the second bedroom to keep our luggage.
This apartment is a great value and amazing location in central Paris. Arrival was easy and the apartment was exactly as described. We are a family of 4 and it was nice to be in two rooms with a separate futon sofa in the living/dining room if you wanted to stay up late. The building is a real residential building with nice and respectful neighbors. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom especially nice. Shops, restaurants and great walks all around, but still quiet enough to insure good rest. Would not hesitate to stay again.
- great location, right in the Marais and 1 min from St Paul tube (line 1)
- owner was reactive, flexible and let us stay late on day of departure so we could leave luggage late in the flat. Their manager on site was also flexible to arrange time of arrival
- Main negative is that the flat is and looks like a holiday let; as such, it has most things you need but lacks personal touches, personality and character. Feels cold and dull.
- Not necessarily a big issue, but you can only access the 2nd bedroom through the main bedroom, so 2nd room ok for kids but not for adults
We had a wonderful time in Paris and really enjoyed staying in Anna & Dylan's apartment. It's in a great location very centrally located - a quick walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and very close to the river. There are many bars, restaurants, shops and metro stops all within walking distance.
We were traveling with a 1 year old and the apartment worked perfectly for us because there's a small kids room attached to the bedroom. When we arrived, the pak n' play crib we were using wasn't working properly and Anna was extremely responsive and sent the manager right away to fix or replace the crib. The manager was able to fix the crib and it worked out well for our entire stay.
We would definitely stay here again - Thank you!
