Located steps from public transit, 2 minutes from the city trolley, 3 minutes from Crossroads Art district, 3 minutes from 18th and Vine Jazz district, 7 minutes from The Plaza shopping district and only 2 exits from KC downtown and Power & Light District!

You will experience tasteful and thoughtful design throughout the home. This home provides you with a large open floor plan for all to gather in, a dining room table (seats 8) and counter seating for (3), as well as 2 other living room spaces to gather in smaller groups on each floor.
This home has (6) bedrooms and (6) bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are suites. The large suite has a fireplace and personal balcony.
You have the option of relaxing in the outdoors on the deck watching the sunset (seats 7-8) or playing yard games, heading to the porch for a cup of coffee or glass of wine (seats 2) or relax on the suite balcony for a more private interaction (seats 4).
There are many options for your stay!
Explore the city, neighborhood or gather everyone for a night in with movies and board games (Cards against humanity, Girls night, Would you rather, Jenga,) or a deck of cards and dominos!

Guest access
Guest have access to 2 large parking spaces on the property and street parking. Expect (2-3) spaces for street parking (directly in front of the house). Neighbors are respectful of one another's space. Parking pad is located in the back and can be accessed through using the paved alley way.

* Reserved GUESTS ONLY allowed to stay at the home. There will be a ($500) fine included and all guest will IMMEDIATELY be asked to leave, If any other person(s) stay at the home.

* Any activity (intentional or unintentional) that could potentially cause damage to the property or contents is not permitted. GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any and all damages.

* PLEASE read all HOUSE RULES before booking.

* NOTE there are personal items at the property. (suite bedroom closet, vanity drawer and kitchen cabinet.
