Perfectly located, well-equipped apartment, with easy access to all the Paris sights. We would stay here again. Thank you!
Great apartment, loved the location - very near to several different metro stops. Excellent value!
Super séjour comme d'habitude avec Moo. Bel appartement, super bien situé pour nous.
Arrivée et départ faciles.
I arrived in Najem's flat on 28 Feb 2015 with my family (total 5 adults) and it was a 15-min taxi ride away from Gare Du Nord train station.
Najem's friend was at the apartment to welcome us when we arrive. She showed us around the flat and answered all our questions readily before leaving.
We only stayed at Najem's flat for two nights but he attended to all our needs swiftly.
For example, when we didn't have hot water one morning and I texted him about it, he dropped by to take a look and ensured everything was alright before leaving. He also booked a taxi to Gare Du Nord for us on the morning of our departure that cost about EUR 30 plus.
My family and I loved Najem's flat and the neighbourhood. The apartment's cosy, well-equipped, very clean, spacious and nicely decorated, feels very Parisian.
Although the flat is located on the 1st floor and I had to go up the stairs to get to the flat, there's a small elevator that can fit one person and a luggage - great for when the luggage is too heavy to be carried up the stairs.
I felt very safe too as there were two doors locked with security code on the ground floor before getting to the apartment.
Nice neighbourhood too - convenience stores, halal restaurants and 10 minutes walk away from Gare De Lyon train station that brings you to town area (eg. Eiffel Tower, Trocadero etc. in just about 30 minutes). I also felt safe walking in the area even at night. Would definitely consider Najem's place again if I travel to Paris again.
The apartment is same like the picture showed, the location is very good, and convienent to Metro, supermarket, train station.
The room is clean, the electric power heaters are so efficient to keep all rooms warm. It is very worthful for the price.
The wooden floor is a little old, with noise when walking.
Mohamad is very nice and warm hoster, giving charming smile.
