Other things to note
The home is an Up & Down Duplex. The downstairs is my other Airbnb unit. The two units are completely separate and private. They each have their own entrances and share no common spaces. The driveway is shared. Each unit has one side of the driveway. The driveway is large and each side can fit 2-3 cars.
