The space
With an open floor plan and stylish mid-century design, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, and inviting outdoor spaces with a private pool, hot tub, and mountain views.

Prepare meals in the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking at home. The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably, while the living room offers a chic sectional, lounge chair with ottoman, and Smart TV.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom with rain shower/tub, dedicated workspace, and direct access to the hot tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom is ideal for groups or families with two double beds, Smart TV, and generous closet space. These two bedrooms share a modern hall bathroom with tub and shower.

The outdoor area is the highlight of the home, offering a resort-style pool, above-ground hot tub, fire pit with seating, outdoor shower, chaise lounges, and a dining table for six—all framed by striking mountain views.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay — including the pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining spaces, washer/dryer and lounge areas. Self-check-in is simple and secure with a smart lock code provided before arrival. Free onsite parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Please note: guests do not have access to the home’s security alarm system. Any charges resulting from false alarms will be billed to the responsible renter.

Other things to note
Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 regardless of age) and no parties. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals which must be followed. All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and in the house book at the house, must be followed.

Check in time is 4pm, check out is 10am. Early check in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested. We do not offer e-bike or bicycles for guests.

Pet fee for 1 dog is $125 plus.
On rentals of 28 nights or longer there is no city bed tax, but the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bills from check in to check out, based on meter reads. A utility deposit, which is in addition to the security deposit, will be taken to guarantee payment of the utility charges.

The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written 3rd party contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.


PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick AirBnB booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
