Great place! Very centrally located, very comfortable and very nice hosts! Met us right on arrival, and was very welcoming and helpful with figuring out the parking situation and surroundings. Would def stay again!

Apartment was colorful yet warm and comfortable for 4 adults. Stairs were easy to negotiate; great Chinese restaurant, Golden Horse, a couple of blocks up Hyde St. across from Trader Joe's. Japan Town is nearby if you are into urban hiking; otherwise Uber and taxis were relatively inexpensive and easily available. All household equipment worked reasonably well; great having a washer and dryer available in the apartment. Manny met us there and gave us a thorough tour of the place and he and Megan checked in with us a few times to see how we were doing; perfect host, available but not intrusive. Street noise was easily reduced by closing the windows, with the exception of emergency vehicles launching from a fire station on the next block; however they never woke me up. Many thanks Megan and Manny! Stephen & Mei Han

My family of 4 stayed at M&M place for almost a week and had an amazing experience. We travel a lot around the world and often use Arbnb, but have never met as nicest hosts as Megan and Manny. Wonderful people, great hosts and an example of what true hospitality should be. They were extremely warm, friendly and attentive from the beginning to the end. Great communicators, on a daily basis, without being asked, they provided information on events taking place around town and also suggestions on places to see. The guestbook is exemplary and packed with tips which are very helpful to a first time visitor or even someone who is reconnecting with the city after a long while. The place is very clean, well-equipped, cozy and artsy. Above all, the location is superb with easy access to major transportation points within walking distances. Would highly recommend staying at M&M place and promise to be back!

Megan and Manny's place was more than expected. Awesome hosts and made us feel super welcome. The apt had that true San Francisco feel to it. Location was prime to my party and I, and this was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was pretty much walking distance. In addition, the rooftop terrace was amazing. It gave us that true San Francisco feel. All and all, definitely would recommend.

This unique place was a fun place to stay in a central location. Great communication and very quick responses from Megan who helped us with logistics. We only stayed one night and didn't use too many of the amenities but we had a blast and all guests were impressed by the space. The Welcome Guide prepared by the hosts was fantastic and motivated us to check out Land's End and some late night sushi at Ryoko's (where the DJ was spinning some great beats). If you're into classic literature, the bookcase had a nice selection to peruse. Would definitely consider staying again when we have a small group. A couple cautions: there was a photo or two of an adult nature posted in the bathroom that you may not want kids to see. Also, one neighbor smoked pot outside and the cracked windows let that in, so be aware that may come up when you visit. This place seems better suited for a group of adults than a family with kids.
