L'accueil et la disponibilité de Lucien ont largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.
Merci Lucien, on a passé d'excellents moments
Fantastic place to stay!
Lucien is an excellent host and the apartment was perfect. Extremely clean and very comfortable (and warm). Easy connection into the city and a fantastic area to stay in - lots of shops and restaurants.
He was on hand with any issues we had (my luggage was delayed by 2 days with American Airlines and he kindly offered to have my suitcase delivered to him rather than us hanging around the apartment!)
We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.
Thanks again Lucien.
I arrived quite late into NYC and Lucien was very willing to meet me despite the time and freezing weather! The apartment was on the whole as described - some aspects like the back up radiator could have done with a clean! One thing which I wasn't aware of was an intense smell of smoke in the hallway of the building, which as a non smoker was quite off putting. However it was only in the hall so only an issue when coming in and out. Overall a good stay and very convenient for central Brooklyn, lots of lovely places nearby etc. Thanks Lucien!
Lucien accommodated a last minute reservation which was grandly appreciated! Very kind and helpful at check-in and available during my stay. Id recommend staying here as well as stay again, myself.
Grand studio lumineux à Brooklyn à 20m d'une station de métro. Explications claires et concises de Lucien, en français! Le chauffage est irrégulier et la salle de bain d'époque... Nous avons apprécié la déco!!!
Lucien was an excellent host! Communication was fast, easy, and helpful. The apartment is great - simple, comfortable, beautiful, and just like the photos. And the location can't be beat. I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.
Wonderful place to stay in Brooklyn. The flat is well located being seconds away from the F train which takes you straight into Manhattan. The local area is full of great places to eat, drink and shop. Lucien is a fantastic host who was easy to communicate with and met us on arrival and even helped us carry our bags upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.
