House Max 20 people per listing. This is not a party house. Owner reserves the right to charge $15 for any additional people monitored by ring camera.

The space
Plenty of room for individual privacy. Play games together or find a quiet reading nook. Take a walk or go swimming in the pool or Creek! Be sure to wash of with the water hose if you go from the creek to the pool! Thanks

Only one mile from Walmart for necessary groceries etc. Property is 20 acres of wildlife and nature.

Other things to note
This home is equipped and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bring your book, bathing suit and food. In fact we have someone of those items too incase you forget !
Note: “Parties” are prohibited when renting through this platform. If the owner suspects more guests than what you booked for, they reserve the right to charge an additional $15 per person charge and or ask you and your guests to vacate without refund. Early and late check in is $50 per hour and must be approved in advance.
