You might also notice the presence of college students in the neighborhood since there are several Universities nearby (New York University, Baruch College and The School of Visual Arts).

It was my first time to NY and first time to stay at Felicite's studio. It's nothing other than a very cosy, warm and safe experience, exactly what I was looking for. The bed is comfortable, place is homey, the host is soooo friendly and sweet. I honestly recommend this place for any lone travelers who doesn't mind to stay at a not so compartmentalized room(might as well pick a hotel if you want high degree of privacy, right?)The space is just enough for me, and I love it there. If I come back to NY in the future I would stay at this place again. 15 minutes walk to Grand Central Terminal, very convenient really. I mean, you can't go wrong anywhere south of 70th street in Manhattan anyway!
I stayed in Felicite's place in April! It was very nice to stay next to her! She Is Very nice host(not just host, very nice friend and person). She is very kindly, helpfull, funny, I like to share time with her! If you need a help, find some historical places, any info she can help you without any doupt!
Her place is very nice, clean, cosy! In a great place of NewYork, you can step by walking to the centre of manhattan ( just 20 min) or take a metro (just 1,5 block). The bathroom is very clean. And you can do whatever you want, come back or leave home in a time which you want! It's important if you are in New York! :) you can keep ur food in the fridge. Also if you like sport you can use gym for free! That's nice!
The most important thing I felt there like as at home with my best friend ( Felicite).
Next time I'll stay in Felicite place!
Thank you Felicite for everything!!! :)) XO XO XO
Felicite is really a good person ! It was a real pleasure to stay at her home :) Location perfect. She gave me a lot of tips about New York.
I really recommend Felicite as a host!
Thanks a lot ! :)
PS: Elle parle en plus parfaitement français ce qui m'arrangeait plutôt bien!
Felicite was very kind and helpful in hosting our visit to NYC, making sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. It was definitely a pleasure staying with her these few days, and I hope to be back soon to visit again!
About the Host, Felicite
Hi and welcome to my page,
This is shared studio with a curtain divider in the middle for privacy. The apartment is slightly larger than a regular size studio in NYC. It is clean, cozy and welcoming.
A bit about me, I love New York and I've been living in the city for a great number of years. I am interested in social issues, like children welfare and human rights. I studied at New York University and have a degree in Psychology. My field is social work, but I currently teach English and French on a part time basis. I have a passion for photography and I love to capture scenic views by day or by night all over the city that never sleeps --New York City!
