The space
Before we introduce you to the Apartment a word about additional services we offer. This are our most requested:

The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious (2497 sqft, 232 m2). Its located east/south and receive beautiful light from morning until mid afternoon. In consist in total 3 levels to reach over the stairs.
The beautiful rooftop pool its private and only accessible from the Penthouse, its a Saltwater Pool what reduce the stress for the environment and its good for the skin. The pool is complete private and no neighbours can look into the pool and terrace space.
The terrace feature a long rooftop lounge with soft cushions and with lots of space, the space is covered by a rainproof ceiling. There is also an extra chilling area what is not shaded, what is open and receive sunlight.
The living/kitchen space is dominated by the large windows, green trees and plants from the outside and lots of light and beautiful furnishings inside. The double hight ceiling give the space a gigantic scale and extremely comfortable feeling while enjoying the space. The very artistic speakers located between the windows are from Bang & Olufsen and possible to connect over Bluetooth. the sound is amazing - just a reminder to not use the full volume as we have 6 more neighbours in the Building :)
The large sofa and living area feature handmade furniture. There is a large dining table and a kitchen island for dinner parties or private and intimate cooking sessions with friends. The kitchen has everything you need include a dishwasher what is not that common and a large Fridge. The kitchen sink offers a tab for drinkable water, also the fridge has a water tab.
Hidden on the side there is a service place located what features a Washer/Dryer and some other electronics you can use for the kitchen. Part of this is a Coffee machine, French Press, a high end Blender, there is an Oven and a Toaster for Bread, handmade cutting boards, a great selection of knifes and artisan plates and cups. We offer also a selection of tropical fruits for your arrival as curtesy and a bottle of wine.
Beside all that there is also a half bathroom located. The level features beautiful ambient lighting, a strong AC and ceiling fan.
The first bedroom you enter over the stairs and has a separate Fan and next to the bed is our AC located what keeps your space always fresh. On both sides of the bed you have a contact to charge phones, the bedding is beautiful soft linen what will you not want to leave the space. There are linen curtains for darken the space and sliding doors to close up the space from the double hight ceiling and make the bedroom private.
Next to the bed there is a closet with lots of hangers, the area has a separate ventilation system to keep your beautiful clothes fresh and clean. There is an Iron, an electric Extension and an Iron Board. The ensuite bathroom offers a luxurious double sink, beautiful mirrors, a fan and soft high quality towels. Very uncommon is the beautiful and large bathtub what is in the same moment also a shower.
And we also have a beautiful beach bag plus beach towels for you.
On the same level is a smaller private lounge area with some very intimate lighting and soft pillows, also here you find a large dressing Mirror.
Following the stairs you will enter the second Level with the rooftop pool and the second bedroom. This bedroom offers a large SAMSUNG TV, you can connect your Netflix Account and enjoy Movies and Series on this brand new Smart TV. Like on the other there is a build in Closet with lots of hangers with Iron and Iron board, a strong AC and drawers. Also here there are beautiful curtains to darken the bedroom. The ensuite bathroom is also possible to reach from the common area and feature a beautiful designed open rainfall shower and luxuries double sink with hairdryer and towels.
In the whole Penthouse we offer a collection of organic Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap and Lotion with amazing scent.
The apartment features 2 independent Internet networks with Fiber Optic Internet on the first and rooftop floor with a great coverage all over the space. We have 230 mb connection perfectly to use to work from home.

Once you are booked we will send our insider guide with the very best advices for the specific area and Tulum in general what will make your trip a truly unique experience.
The Building has 24/7 Security, surveillance cameras are in place in common and exterior areas of the building to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings (garden, exterior stairs and parkings)
The building is in an area described as very safe, a strong community of residents taking care about the area and gives it a neighborhood feeling. There are no big developments or constructions around what make it more quiet and cozy. We have lots of green and in general a very relaxed vibe.
