Welcome to Hong Kong, a buzzing metropolis by day and a neon galaxy by night. There is so much to do and explore and no better place to do it from than Wanchai.
It is the perfect location for you no mater why you have come to Hong Kong.
Note that the nightly price shown up there doesn't include the one time cleaning fee (I care about cleanliness so I hire a pro) and Airbnb's booking fee. Input your dates and click the 'book it' button to get the total cost of your stay. Ask if you have any questions. :)
My apartment is cozy and well equipped with everything you'll need: soft sheets, fluffy towels, a mini kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi, guidebooks, and character. It is ideal for an individual or couple.
Smack in the middle of Hong Kong's shopping and eating centre, our apartment is a fantastic place from which to base yourself during your trip to Hong Kong.
My wife and I had a fun time preparing the apartment for your arrival and we have tried our best to anticipate what you will need during your trip. We are available to help you make the most of your stay!
Did I mention it is in a great location? It's only a:
500 meter walk to the Convention Center
200 meter walk to the MTR (HK's subway system)
600 meter walk to the famous Star Ferry
In the studio bedroom/living room you'll find:

a single mattress that can be put on the floor for an extra person (suitable for only one person)
a small sofa
a TV (with local and international channels- but hopefully you'll be too busy to use it :)

a quiet air conditioner
In the Kitchenette you'll find:
a Mini fridge
a single burner induction stove
an electric kettle
coffees, teas, snacks and drinks
beer and wine (everything else is free, please leave a little money in the jar if you take some beer or wine – honor system)
In the Bathroom you'll find:
a hair dryer

a plug adapter for your gadgets (not a voltage converter)
Interaction with Guests
The studio space is private– everything in the pictures is yours and yours alone. :-)
I'm happy to give recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants.
Causeway Bay and Wanchai are the heart of Hong Kong's consumer culture. Every square inch is filled with shopping malls, department stores, boutiques, market stalls, hole in the wall cafés, international restaurants and banquet halls.
Within walking distance of the apartment, you'll find almost every type of cuisine on the planet as well as the HK must try's: dim sum, roast meats, noodles and congee, cha chan teng (a unique fusion of Chinese/Western food), and snacks and desserts.
If shopping is your thing, you'll find the whole range: From bargains and nicknacks at the Jardine's Crescent street market and Spring Garden Lane, to affordable youth fashion boutiques in Island Beverly Centre, to the tech heaven of the Wanchai Computer Centre, to mid-priced and luxury goods in SOGO and Hysan Place, to the up market fashions found in Lee Gardens, Times Square and Fashion Walk.
You are also right next to Happy Valley, where you can enjoy a beer and watch a horse race on most Wednesdays.
It couldn't be easier to get to the apartment from the airport. The A11 bus picks you up at the airport and drops you off just downstairs from the apartment, and gives you great views of the city as you come into town. You can also get to the apartment by Airport Express (high speed train) and taxi.
The apartment is just a 3 minute walk from Wanchai MTR station (our subway system) and is serviced by Hong Kong's classic tramways and many bus lines. The famous Star Ferry is also just a short walk away.

Other Things to Note
Check in is after 2pm and check out is before 12 noon. I'm happy to accommodate early check in and late check out as long as I don't have guests arriving/departing on the same days.
Have fun, explore the city, eat shop and live life to the fullest.

Absolutely no smoking in the apartment.
Try not to forget anything when you leave.
Alex was an amazing host. He did a great job with communicating with us since The day we booked, up to the day we left.
He did and excellent job at providing us thorough details and directions on how to get to his place and how to manage the apartment.
The apartment was clean just as shown in the pictures. Alex also left some beverages there for us to enjoy as his treat which we found extremely kind of him.
The location is perfect. Five minute walk to the metro, also near main streets such as Lockhart and Hennessey which you will find plenty of food spots and bars. It's real live at night.
Overall I would recommend Alex's apartment to all my friends and family. We have no complaints whatsoever. We loved Wan Chai, and our stay in Alex's Airbnb made it even better.
Highly highly recommend booking.
Alex's apartment in Wan Chai was a great place to stay while in HK. Good location, clean and comfortable place. Alex's instructions and help were right on and made the whole experience totally painless.
I've already twice stayed at Alex apartment, and still satisfied with the service & cleanliness, the host Alex is really helpful. I recommend you try stay here when you come to HK^^
Alex was great and supplied detailed directions to the apartment as well as great instructions for each aspect of the listing. Even when we had trouble figuring out how to run the hot water, he was immediately available on the phone. Complementary beverages and snacks were the icing on the cake and made this a very enjoyable stay.
Alex's place was nice, the room is just right for my family.
And the location was just right.
The apartment was conveniently located and as pictured! It had everything we needed and made for a great stay!
Lovely little apartment in a super convenient location - on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk away from Wan Chai station. Host was extremely helpful and available on Whatsapp before and during our stay, even talking me through the mechanics of the foldout compartment of the bed on a Friday night, when I'm sure he had better things to do! Apartment is the perfect size for two people; there was an extra mattress for a 3rd person to put on the ground but I'd avoid doing that if possible :)
Bathroom was modern and renovated, and there's a nice little kitchen with a fridge and sink. Host left us some water, beer and soda in the fridge as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch!

I'm from North Carolina, but I've lived in Hong Kong for 11 years.
I love living in and travelling across Asia. You'll usually see me with camera in hand trying to blend in with the local culture, which is difficult for a tall white guy.
But, whether I'm treking across a desert or window shopping on high streets, I always love to meet other like minded free spirits.
My wife and I have really enjoyed preparing our place to be ready for guests. We hope you enjoy it. Please let me know if there is anything special I can prepare for your trip. :-)
As a host, I'll try my best to point out the colorful local scene, and as a guest, I'll I try to leave nothing but good memories.
