✅This is a separate upstairs unit with separate entrance and entire kitchen, bathroom, and washroom!. ( bathroom, washroom, and the kitchen are not shared).
✅My family and I are living in the separate garden level downstairs unit with a separate entrance door in the back! 😊
✅ Please note that the gym and pool table will be unavailable until July 1st.
✅Access to the water with permission and schedule!
✅No fishing!!
✅No drone! (No Drone Zone)
✅The tennis court is available in the summer! (just with schedule!)
✅Please don’t go downstairs, downstairs patio, and the boat's ramp near the tennis court, too! (Already our dear guests have their own beautiful and huge patio!)

✅ Kindly ensure that your car alarms are deactivated, and please make sure the car horns are silenced when locking the vehicles.
✅ We’re fortunate to have our own local water system in this neighborhood, sourced from pure mountain springs—naturally clean and perfectly safe to drink. For added peace of mind, our home is also equipped with a physical filtration and UV purification system. While there may occasionally be brief drops in water pressure lasting just a few seconds, there’s no cause for concern—we also maintain an emergency water storage supply sufficient for up to two weeks. 😊

✅ This address is close to our property but is not located within the private marina grounds or office. Please avoid entering the marina premises directly.
✅ Drive safely and slowly after exiting the highway and entering the area — especially on our private road. The speed limit is 20 km/h. Kindly respect our neighbours and watch for oncoming vehicles.
