Vincent was very friendly person, i supposed to arrive at 7 pm but i ended up arriving at 11 pm and Vincent waited for me, when i arrived he kindly showed me my room for the next 5 days, i have to say i liked his appartment, i felt like home :) it is much better than i expected for what i paid, the metro is just 3 minutes walk and there´s plenty of shops close by, i loved the view from my room and also i had my own bathroom !! Such a shame i couldn´t stay any longer since i had to come back to México the next day, i would really recommend Vincent´s place, i would stay there myself next time i´m in Paris :)
I had a very pleasant stay at Vincent's place and felt very welcomed. The room has a separate private bathroom which is a plus. Located very close to the metro station it helps you connect to every important site within Paris and CDG airport. I enjoyed being away from the touristic part of Paris since I was looking to experience and appreciate the City of Light as the locals do. I greatly recommend staying at Vincent's place if you just need a place to sleep and take a good shower before going out and experience Paris!
huhu hello :)
vincent lesauvage, the appartment, the room, the communication,
the view, the bathroom…
all the things were very very good
THE FEELINGs were absolutly
Bonjour - this was my first time in France - I think Paris is wonderful no matter where you stay. Having said that - Vincent's place is nice, simple and clean. The bed was comfortable in spite of being a pull out. The TV didn't work but - but no biggie - I didn't come to watch TV. But you might want to check about that if you at a TV buff.
The area is nice once you go toward the canal and follow toward the Seine. I walked everywhere. But I like to walk. Subway is convenient. HIs block is pretty much an Asian section - with markets and restaurants that Vincent did NOT recommend.
Sunday nite there was a HUGE market being set up so it was quite noisy with the banging of things and the loud talking (shouting) of the workers. A big thunderstorm came thru and muffled some of the noise - I sleep well in storms.
My only complaint is ( and the above is NOT- that's just a fact of a big city) that Vincent could not meet me until 7 pm and I arrived at 11am. So, once I traveled the Metro and I located the place I had to wait a long time - I joined some of the homeless and took a nap on a near-by park bench on the canal.
Over all it was a nice visit. Vincent is pleasant and helpful. The area is safe and pretty. People were nice.
Vincent is very easy going, welcoming and delivers what he promises with his apartment.
On a couple of days a week there is a market in front of the building, which can be quite noisy. The bed is also rather squeecky. Apart from that I enjoyed my room and the privacy of a seperate and clean bathroom a lot.
The apartment was ok. Vincent wasn't too keen on me showing up after 8pm.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Vincent's apartment. Vincent is very nice and helpful and the room and bathroom are so nice. You are on the sixth floor with a view over the canal - really gorgeous. You even have your own balcony to step out on. The bath is really nice as well.
The location is a bit our of the centre which i really nice and you are only 5-10 minutes walking from cute cafees to go have breakfast and coffee at. Not many stops on the metro to get to the centre.
Alltogether a really great place to stay in Paris!
Vincent is a great host ! Open-minded and nice person. Thank you for your welcome !
Vincent is a very kind host, and the room is very confortable with the plus of having a private bathroom (for the value a luxury). The view over the canal is very pleasant as well. Secure neighbourhood with shops and supermarkets around, and on sunday a market to buy fresh fruit just next to the door. Close to a metro station that will take you to the main sites, recommended!
Booked the room very last minute but everything was handled great! First time using airbnb but certainly not the last!! Very neat room + own bathroom, normal neighborhood and many shops.
This is the final rate, including any fees from the host and Airbnb.
