FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What Linens are included?
We provide all linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed.

2. What household supplies are provided?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.

3. What does the kitchen include?
The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker.

4. Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do have a pet fee of $100 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation but the second pet has an extra fee of $50 (In total $150 in case you bring 2 pets) . Please send us a message right before or right after you book, so we can coordinate it.

5. What time is check-in and check-out?
You may check in any time after 5:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 10:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions.

6. Is an early check-in possible?
You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check in for 50% of the daily rate.

7. How many bathrooms are in the house?
1 bathrooms in total,.

8. What type of unit is this one?
This is a small cabin on the premises of the Waterest Campground. Formerly, it was the campkeeper's acommodations but has since been renovated and upgraded. You will also have private access to the entire campground area (70 acres in total), as it's closed for the off-season.

9. How fast is the internet?
Our download speed is as fast as 200Mbps which best service available in the area. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.

10. Do you offer laundry?
Yes, we do have laundry machines that you could use during your stay.

11. How does the parking work?
There is plenty of parking available in the property for your group.

12. Do you allow parties?
We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.

13. What activities can be done in the area?
There are so many things to do in the area - family friendly options, outdoorsy, skiing, hiking and everything in between. When you book we will send a guidebook with some recommendations with the best activities in the area.

The Woodstock Cabin is located adjacent to the Waterest Campground (which we also own). As guests in the cabin, you will have full access to 70 acres of the campground which includes 2 private ponds, brook access and river access. Please note that the campground is currently closed for the season, so you won't see other campers there at this time.

Beyond that, you're less than 10 minutes away from Lincoln, Woodstock, tons of great skiing and hiking, restaurants, family activities and a whole lot more. It's truly a great base for exploring the White Mountains.

I'm an entrepreneur and an avid traveler. My work focuses on startups and the transportation sector. In the past, I've been a part of the first person-to-person carsharing startup that helped people share their cars with neighbors (think Airbnb + Zipcar). After that, I have founded - and currently run - an electric bike company called EVELO that makes it easier for people to get around wherever they live. My wife is a marketing professional at a larger company and is a huge photography buff. We both love to travel ourselves and try to stay at Airbnb wherever we go.

Over the last few years, we've traveled together to Africa, Cuba, Iceland, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia - as much as possible we love to incorporate travel in our lifestyle.
