The space
Exclusive to you! The place is an 800 square meter beach front property in Barangay Tignoan, Real, Quezon province, just a short and relaxing 3 to 4 hour drive away from the Metropolis. The house is a casita, a tiny house with one bedroom and front and side porch. The bedroom has one california king size bed and two single beds. The front porch has a relaxing hammock and dining table. The left side porch facing the beach is the living area with comfy chairs and table. The right side porch is the kitchen, with a mini fridge, a big oven, a gas fired stove, a gas fired grill, cooking pots & pans and dining sets & utensils. We have a good water supply system which provides ample pressure to the bathroom which is equipped with a shower heater system.

The Famy-Real-Infanta Road is a beautiful scenic winding road and is the primary access road going to Casita Real. You can also take the equally scenic road that is the Marilaque Highway if you want to take the longer more adventurous route.
