1. Keep neat and clean furniture and equipment ownership.
You are responsible to pay for the repair or replacement of any damaged or missing item. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, you agree to pay for the excessive cost.
2 - No refunds for early departures.
3 - The towels should be used for the body and hands. If used for cleaning floors, the total deposit will be retained.
4 - . Please DO NOT throws the papers or paper towels in the toilet.
5 - It is forbidden parties, loud music or noises that disturb neighbors of the property.
6 - Occupation of the property by a greater number of people to the permitted capacity will result in immediate cancellation of the contract and eviction from the property.
7 - . For stays longer than 10 nights, we will provide a set of clean sheets and towels every week.
There is no daily maid service unless you request the service for an extra fee.
8 - . The day of departure, the apartment must be as clean as it was received.
There can be no garbage in the apartment the day of departure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will deliver the apartment clean and tidy.
Before you leave, you are required to leave the apartment in perfect condition, having thrown garbage collected properly and the apartment. If not, you will be charged the cost of additional cleaning.
RESERVATION / SECURITY DEPOSIT
Money for reservation ($ 150) will remain as security deposit and it will be refunded upon departure, after checking that the furniture and equipment in the apartment is in the same reasonable terms housekeeping to be were delivered
CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
Check- in 2:00 p.m. / Check out (departure): 11:00 AM.
* The day of departure you deliver reasonably clean and tidy apartment. (Utensils and belongings clean and tidy kitchen, trash removal, etc.). If the apartment is excessively dirty, we reserve the right to deduct an amount of the security Deposit Guarantee to cover additional cleaning costs.
The fee can range from US$ 30 to US$70.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The customer must inform us what the total number of people and their personal data. Only persons listed on the booking are authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons using the apartment shall not exceed the rated capacity. If we discover that you are in breach of the terms of the contract, we will be forced to terminate the contract and ask the guest to leave the property without being entitled to claim any compensation.
The tenant - lessee will be responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him . Guests are expected to be considerate and to behave respectfully with neighbors. If the tenant - lessee or any of your companions do not behave according to specific standards or civic property rules and surroundings will have the right to ask the same to leave the apartment without his or her companions are entitled to make claims or to receive any compensation.
Loud music and parties are banned. You as a guest should know that if parties or loud music are heard, or neighbors complain and / or call the police, this may result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.
Pets are not allowed in any of the facilities of the apartments.
Smoking is prohibited within the apartment.
In case of problems with the property the guest must notify the owner as soon as possible. The guest must provide reasonable facilities and to repair the problem or if it further damage while relocating you to another department.
We are not responsible for events beyond the company or arising out of force majeure, as can be: we caused by noise near the reserved housing works, supply cuts outside the housing, lift breakdown, etc.
Guest must take into account the cultural, architectural and climatic differences between Lima and other cities.
