Hello, welcome to our studio apartment. It is in a fantastic location at the very heart of central London.
You will have own big kitchen and shower room.
The closest tube stations are Tottenham Court Road, and Holborn, both are 5mins walk away. The flat has broadband, and also has a washer, dryer.
I used to run my guesthouse on this very street, so know the area very well. The flat is right in the heart of London, so it is difficult to pick out any one place in particular that you must visit. But for eating out my favourite is Old Compton Street, one of the first places in London to start serving food late at night. The British Museum is at the heart of Bloomsbury. Historically, Bloomsbury is associated with the arts, education and medicine so the area sets a sophisticated and modern atmosphere. The Bloomsbury theatre, a very respected theatre within the eyes of Londoners; is located within the area.
Locals to the area are spoil for choice with restaurants, bars and clubs being within feet of each other. The location is amazing! Come and visit, and experience central London for yourself :)
For long term bills to pay
Overall a pleasant weeklong stay. Heater works great, bed is comfortable. Shower has plenty of pressure and hot water, and there was even a shower door (which doesn't seem very common in London). Very convenient location. One annoyance was that you can hear pretty much everything happening outside and upstairs, which was thankfully not very much most of the time. Bathroom is also very cramped and awkward. Wi-Fi was a bit flaky, but that could probably be remedied by switching to a dual-band router and placing it in a more central location.
Plus: Excellent location and easy and reactive booking!
Nice and confortable studio
Minus: no heating in the bathroom nor the kitchen and many difficulties to set the good temperature for the very small shower
By the end of our stay we had very noisy neighbourgs upstairs coming in and out the steps at night.
Hello veronique, when you told me, upstairs guest making noise , i sent them massage , they were very sorry , next night were quite, you said all is ok. Next morning guest checked out. which you know .
there is heater under the worktop as you enter kitchen , did you not see ?
i only regret , if you would of send me with your concern , i could of solve most of it.
Window noise coming you have point, I have ordered for Double glazing window to install, next time you come will be much better.
Great location, and a tidy cozy space. There is a little street noise--garbage pickup early every morning, but surprising quiet neighbors in the building. Maggie was very responsive and helpful.
Maggie's place is first rate - excellent facilities and a superb location, so close to the British Museum. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've slept on for years and it was great to have access to a kitchen. Would definitely recommend the flat to any friends visiting London and hope to stay at Maggie's myself the next time I'm in town.
Maggie's flat is extremely well located, just minutes away from two subway stations, and just behind the beautiful British Museum. The place is rather small but contains everything needed. We unfortunately found the flat in a complete mess upon arrival, as Maggie hadn't had the time to clean up after the previous tenant, which was a disappointment and costed us an hour to get fixed. Aside from this, the whole experience was really good.
Managed to get a very short notice booking with Maggie, she was a delight to deal with and very helpful. Room was ideally situated, clean and exactly what I needed. Will use again!
Maggie is a truly lovely host. From the moment we arrived in London she was very accommodating and helpful. She is very quite to respond to messages and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a comfortable one.
The apartment is in a phenomenal location, within walking distance to covent garden, oxford street and Leicester square. It is comfortable and large for an apartment in Europe. Large fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom is a reasonable size. Would definitely stay here again.
Thank you Maggie for a wonderful stay.
My sister and I really enjoyed our stay with Maggie. The location is superb - walking distance to the West End and Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden and just around the corner from the British Museum. Close tube stations meant that anything further was easy too. The flat is very comfortable - the bed is huge and it was nice to not have to snuggle with my sister! The bathroom was tiny but did the job. The washer/dryer is a huge plus and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are so many good pubs and restaurants around, though, so it hardly mattered! Check in was easy with a key-safe, and we met Maggie just before Christmas, and she was lovely. I will be recommending Maggie and her place to my friends when I get back to Australia!
I love staying with Maggie! The apartment on Little Russell Street has become my home whenever I'm in London. I love how easy it is to get from there to anywhere in London. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. I will always stay with Maggie on Little Russell Street when in London.
If you want to be walking distance to everything in central London, Maggie's flat (21/5) couldn't have a better location. We hardly took the tube. Within a 10-15 minute walking distance, we could reach Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road, Trafalgar Square and more, The room was spacious, very functional and the bed was a great big king sized bed! Maggie was very kind and made sure we had no trouble getting into the flat even though we got in at almost midnight. Thanks Maggie!
