The listing was as described, and perfect for my daughter and her friend for the weekend in Boston. Clean, everything worked, and check in and check out were straight forward and user friendly. Room was nice, felt just like home! Thank you John!
Good for what it is: a bare bones hostel-ish investment property sitting on top of Central Station. Furnished from college student move-out sales. I didn't see any obviously dirty things, but this isn't the place for clean freaks. You can hear every footstep throughout the house. You are expected to strip sheets and clean up after yourself when departing. Two nights wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay a week. For ~$150/night better options are available.
Unhosted room. House & room were nicer than expected. Large comfortable bedroom with a nice bathroom just down the hall. Conveniently located in Cambridge.
-well organized (no problems to get the door codes etc.)
-well located in Cambridge, close to Boston, in a quite but nice road
-unfortunately the room (floor and bedsheets) and the bathroom were dirty. Since we arrived at the same time as the 2nd gues w were supposed to share the bathroom with, obviously the facilities havent been cleaned before our arrival
-pictures were sligthly differed from our room
