The Retreat House is a sprawling 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom estate with 4,000 square feet under roof set on 1 acre of secluded land.
It has been renovated to preserve its architectural history while offering all of the amenities you'd expect from a modern vacation rental, including ultra-fast gigabit internet, commercial-grade golf simulator, a cozy eat-in kitchen with its own fireplace and TV, and an outdoor pool (not heated).

Guest access
The Retreat House offers self check-in. You will be provided a unique access code prior to check in.

We have a STRICT maximum of 12 adult guests based on Village of Pinehurst regulations. Up to 4 additional children are welcome for a maximum of 16 guests.

Other things to note
This home is meant to be a quiet escape to relax and get away from it all with your favorite family and/or friends. Village ordinances strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm until 7 am, as well as any other unusually loud or disruptive noise during the daytime. Please be mindful of that if you choose to stay in our home. We do not allow events or parties of any kind.

Any unauthorized pets brought to the house will be subject to a minimum $300 fee.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to $250 fees for each (subject to availability).
