*We are a pet friendly home! Your pets are welcome to stay. There is a one-time $100 pet fee (& $25 for every additional pet). All pet breeds must be approved before the stay. The pet fee covers boarding of the pet on the property & a deep clean of the property for the next guest following your stay. Any damage caused by pets will be billed seperately.

*Guests who leave leftover smells or residue of smoking of any kind will be charged $199.

Parties of any kind, if allowed, will be charged a non-refundable $120 party fee.
