Guests highlight the exceptional hospitality from Matt and Kelsey, who live on the property
This five-bedroom Farmhouse is the perfect location to spend quality time with friends and family. Located on an organic farm in Mid Coast, Maine, the Farmhouse at Wanderwood is a peaceful retreat destination.

The space
Our 1920's Farmhouse is lovingly restored and is a clean, bright, and comfy space to spend time in. You can gather with family and friends in the downstairs, cook together, read a book, or get cozy with a board game. With ample porch and lawn space, you can also spend a lot of time outdoors enjoying the seasonal splendor of Maine!

Guest access
As a guest you will have full access to the Farmhouse as well as the grounds at Wanderwood. We encourage you to get outside and take advantage of our trail network trough beautiful woods and wetlands, as well as our easily walkable access to Pemaquid Pond. Just a 5 minute walk from the farmhouse, you can swim, kayak or canoe at your leisure. Interested in organic farming? Ask us for a tour of the farm!

While we do not allow parties or events in the Farmhouse through Airbnb, we do love celebrating weddings, family reunions, birthdays and more! If you are interested in celebrating at Wanderwood, please contact us for more information about our event barn and celebration packages.

Other things to note
A few things to consider before booking. The Farmhouse is an old house and all of the bedrooms are upstairs. The space is also not child proofed and may not be appropriate for kids. If you are traveling with children, please know they will need close supervision.

We hope to have you for a visit!

My work: Wanderwood as a Farmer + Event Host
Lives in Maine, United States
I am your co-host here at Wanderwood! I love growing organic produce on our farm. I also have a deep appreciation for wood working and craft and enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends. My wife and I love meeting new people and introducing them to 'the way life should be' on our farm in Maine!
