THE SUITE SPOT-Lower level private apartment in a residential house. Ample street parking with private entrance. Popular, centrally located, St. Paul neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants & shops. Renovated in 2021. Well thought-out in design. Unit includes kitchenette/office, seating area. TV, streaming services, white noise machine, Keurig coffee maker + electric kettle.
Infants allowed-space is NOT child-proofed & has steps. NO infants that can crawl or move on their own. NO pets.

The space
The unit is located in a completely private lower level apartment with a Kitchenette/Office space and a small living/seating area. The bedroom area consists of 1 King Size Bed in the main room with a large flat screen smart TV with streaming services signed in and provided for your use (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max). If booking for 3 guests, a twin inflatable bed will be provided. The kitchenette/office space can be closed off with privacy doors. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2021. (Includes a heating lamp and a makeup mirror)

Private entrance with keypad / personalized code. Entrance to the unit is located on the left side of the residential home. Once inside, it is only (8) steps down into the apartment. Entire entryway is completely private and there are no shared spaces between the unit and the home. There are outdoor cameras at the Suite entrance & at the front of the house.

Other things to note
Ceiling height is 6’8” so perhaps not for the very tall.

This space does not have A/C. Since it’s the lower level, and stays cooler, the warmest it has been in a week of 94+ degree Fahrenheit temp is 75 degrees.
