The space
U403 is a 4th floor condo that was refurbished in 2021 (paint, floor, furniture, and appliances). You have a good view of the ocean and beach. Your a block+ from the main road (no road noise) and half block to the beach (no highway to cross). I think you’ll enjoy our getaway condo.

Guest access
You’ll not only have access to u403’s (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dinning area, living room, closets and balcony), but also the many amenities within the Marylander Hotel/Condo (On-site manager, Elevator, Heated pool, Game room, Outside sun deck, Outside sand shower, Combination lock to the secured hotel/condo, heck we even give you a covered parking space as well as on street parking).

Other things to note
*Check in time is between 4pm & 6pm. Otherwise you’ll need to call the Marylander or me for the front door combination. It is preferred you check in with front desk management for rules and fire regulations, but we’ll share cell phone #s in case of problems. I will also share u403s door combination about a week before your arrival. *The Marylander is a No Smoking building. No smoking in units, on balconies, on decks, or other Marylander public areas. They do have a small area in the covered garage for smoking.
