  • We had a very nice stay, it was perfectly cleaned, top location with 100 meters to the sea, comfortable bed, in the apartment is really everything you need. Absolutely recommendable!! :-)

  • This was a wonderful apartment! We loved the location- very near the sea organ. It was very clean and just as it appeared in the pictures, if not nicer. Andrea and her mom were very helpful, communicative and accommodating, if we were returning to Zadar, we would definitely stay here again. There were quite a few stairs to get to the apt. This didn't bother us, but it could be a problem for some.

  • Andrea and her mother were both really helpful and flexible with check in and check out times. The flat is really central and very comfortable. A great way to discover Zadar.

  • Andrea and her mom were fantastic hosts. The apartment was very clean and amazingly well situated right in the heart of Old Town! Andrea was very quick to respond to my many questions.

A couple of notes that might be helpful for other travellers: the apartment is up 8 flights of stairs, pack light! If you don't see the bus at the airport when you arrive, wait a while. Apparently it comes about 20 minutes after each flight and cabs are expensive (250 kuna). Be sure to make a very clear meeting point with Andrea, there are multiple bus stops and gates to enter Old Town and the streets aren't necessarily labelled the way they appear on the map! The main bus stop is "Ferry Port" - look for Jadrolinija. If you can't find the apartment, go to the boardwalk on the same side as the sea organ) and walk away from the sea organ (to the left) until you see Brushetta restaurant and turn left (across the little courtyard). The apartment is just a minute or two along that street on the left side - big green building. Also highly recommend a day pass for the Aquapura spa at Falkensteiner (200 kuna) which you can get to by bus in 20 minutes (bus #5 or 8) which you can catch at the Mala Posta stop across Zadar bridge. Best spa ever. Make sure you also find The Garden open air lounge just behind the sea organ up the hill!

  • Beautiful city and the best place to stay if you plan to spend several days in Zadar. Apartments are very cozy and comfortable with all necessary things and just a few steps from fabulous sunsets!

  • Andrea's apartment has a great location in middle of Zadar old town, incredibly close to ferry port and a 20min walk to the bus terminal!
The flat is in great condition and has air con (big plus) and everything you need to live in a house. One thing I really appreciated from this flat is that it has a washing machine!! (HUGE PLUS!!!)
Me didn't meet Andrea, but the conversation with her was always very smooth. We were greeted by her mother, who very kindly showed us around and took us to the apartment.
There is a fruit and veg market really close to the house too with incredibly cheap prices!!
    Would definitely recommend it.

  • Andrea's apartment is very well located, nice and clean. Her mother was very nice and communication with Andrea through email was also easy.

  • We loved staying in Andrea's immaculate, air conditioned apartment, situated in the heart of the old town which is a fascinating mix of ancient and modern.
Andrea was a lovely host, meeting us at the ferry port bus stop and guiding us to the apartment. Andrea provided us with information about ferries to the island of Ugljan and campsites which made our stay stress free and thoroughly enjoyable.
I loved Zadar which (email hidden)ly friendly city and Ugljan which is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. We used public transport and found this to be easy to use and very efficient. This was my first visit to Croatia and I definitely want to return. Thank you Andrea for making our stay so memorable. Sarah and Louis xx

  • We had a great time in Zadar staying in Andrea's apartment! She was excellent to communicate with prior to and during our stay. She arranged for her mother to meet us and show us the apartment, and although our bus was late, check-in was smooth! The apartment is in an excellent location! If you are looking to explore Old Town and be in a prime spot for excursions, this is the place for you. The apartment was very spacious and kept very, very clean and nice. Highly recommend!
