High-scale apartment located in one of Shreveport’s finest neighborhoods. Sear a wagyu steak from the local butcher shop in the renovated chef’s kitchen or kick back and relax on the tranquil, bamboo secluded deck. Livingroom boasts a 65” smart TV with Apple TV. Apartment is dog friendly and includes a large crate. A quick stroll from Superior Steakhouse, Oyster Bar, Norton Art Gallery, Bella Fresca, Ki Mexico, Giuseppe’s… just a few of my favorites.

The space
No expenses spared on entertainment, cooking and comfort. High end memory foam mattress and down pillows/comforter. High end appliances and all cooking necessities. This is my home away from home, so I spared no expense. Dog friendly and includes a large crate upon request. Large 65” smart TV with Apple TV’s for both TVs. Board games and cards. Make my Treehouse your luxury get away.

Ample space for driveway parking. Guests are welcome to park anywhere on the left side of the driveway.

Other things to note
Pet friendly, but please clean up after pet. Relief area is the grass next to driveway, between driveway and the red house.
