This Resort style CBD luxury home has everything the executive family requires for comfortable work or recreational trips. Situated only a few minutes level walk from Baylis Street and the CBD, this location is absolutely central with Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Aquatic Centre, Pubs and Supermarkets only a short stroll. In addition, Wagga Court House, Wagga Base Hospital and Fitzmaurice Street are only a few minutes drive or short stroll. Parks and Gardens, bike lanes and trails are all close by.

The space
The home has 3 large bedrooms with the highest quality beds, a selection of pillows and bed linen. Plantation shutters on all windows ensure privacy and block-out blinds in the master bedroom provide total darkness for luxury comfort and sleep-ins. Two lounge rooms, both with LG OLED TV's, integrated sound systems - AppleTV, Netflix, Stan, Foxtel, Disney, and designer feather lounge and designer furniture make relaxation and movie viewing a 5-star experience.
The house is resort style with high-quality furniture, appliances, original art, a Peleton Exercise bike and LG OLED TV's throughout.
Year-round 24/7 climate control and a heated and cooled pool are powered by 40 LG solar panels and two Tesla Powerwalls for a virtually grid-free footprint. A Tesla Wall Charger in the secure rear lane access garage supplies EV charging for Tesla and other EV's.
The outdoor area features a dining table for 6, a King Living patio lounge, a full kitchen with stainless bench, hot and cold water, dishwasher and bar fridge.
Outdoor cooking is available with a gas hotplate, wok burner, charcoal grill and an American BBQ Smoker.
Additional guests can stay (with approval) using the quality King Living feather lounge in the main lounge room.
