No one above you or below you, can park right in front of your unit, a short 50 second walk to two private beaches ( for residents and vacationers only), enjoy the bbqs, private dock that you can fish off of or jump on your jet ski or boat, right across the river from Harrahs casino, centrally located to stores, gas stations, boat and jet ski rentals, located in a NO WAKE zone
