The flat is large open space with a great kitchen and it is very light because is a corner unit with few windows and a balcony.
The flat has just been furnished with brand new bed, sofa table and bathroom towels, and bed shits.
Television with international channels and internet connection and I-pod docking station are provided.
The flat is suitable for 2 persons or a couple (Only one child is welcome)
The location it is great because it is next door to Al Manzil Hotel great to get a cab (Drop in Drop Off) 24 H. or a drink before flight or on arrival in Dubai.
Next door there are restaurants, convenient stores (supermarket, laundry, coffee shops included Starbucks Coffee and Baker and Spice and nail spa / hair dresses) well-known gym "Fitness First" and a famous Italian Pizzeria "800 Pizza".
In only 500 meters from your "Door-Step" you can have few "Land Marks" of Dubai Like:
* Burj Khalifa (The highest tower in the World approx. 840 mt.)
* Dubai Mall (Over 1,200 shops, great cinema and Ice-Ring)

This was the perfect place to stay in downtown Dubai. Everything I could want was right out my door--literally. The unit was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked.
It was the perfect alternative to a hotel and at a fraction of the cost.
Old Town is one of the most sought after areas to live in Dubai and this efficiency gave me the opportunity to experience all of it.
What's nearby-Starbucks within a 1 minute walk, market for all things grocery attached to the same building, great restaurants within 2 minutes and even a sports bar if you're craving a beer as alcohol is hard to come by in the Arab world.
I used this as a home base for a work assignment that had me travel to Deira every day. I never had a problem finding a taxi from the next foo Al Manzil Hotel. It was a quick 15 minute ride to Deira each day and so much nicer than staying there.

This small, bright, modern apartment (big windows and balcony) is in a great location if you want more of Dubai than just the beach, which is 15- 20 minutes away by taxi. I spent a month here on a work project and found the central location perfect. You can walk to the metro via the biggest & most mind-boggling shopping center in the world. Hotel right next door to apt always has taxis waiting. Full gym/health club is just outside, not cheap, but has very good lap pool & they sell books of day-use tickets at some discount; the apt complex also has several free pools for residents. Supermarket and fancy takeout foods place also in the building, plus several cafes & a pleasant hotel place for wine/beer even though you're in a Muslim country. Livinio was a great host, immediately took care of my only request (more reading light over sofa), made sure I was well taken-care of. Would definitely stay here again & recommend very highly.
