Experience Indy as a local in this beautiful luxury family home located in the Fountain Square neighborhood of downtown Indianapolis. The home is 1.5 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center (8 minute drive).

The space
Walk up the front steps from the street and onto the large inviting porch of this beautiful home. Inside guests will be greeted by the bright and modern open-concept living area with a large Samsung Frame smart TV, Marshall Bluetooth speaker and plenty of space for guests to relax and hang out. The stunning kitchen and dining area is perfect for guests to prepare anything from a small bite to a large family meal and features a large dining table which has seating for 6. Don't forget to make time to prepare a coffee at the coffee bar using the Nespresso Vertuoline coffee machine. And please feel free to utilize the separate wine fridge ready for unwinding in the evening.

Just off of the living area is the convenient downstairs king bedroom which has private access to the full downstairs bathroom as well as its own access to the back porch and yard. A separate laundry room with a new Samsung washer & dryer set is also located on the main floor.

Heading upstairs, the second floor has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, both with smart TV's and dedicated closets. The stylish full family bathroom is located at the top of the stairs. Additionally, the show-stopping, huge master suite is located towards the front of the house on the second floor and boasts a comfortable king bed, smart TV, large California closet, and a double vanity, separate toilet room and large walk-in double shower in the en-suite bathroom.

Heading upstairs again to the third floor, guests will find themselves in a magnificent second living area with another large smart TV and a huge, comfortable sofa for the whole crew to get comfy and watch a movie. There is also a dedicated workspace with a comfortable chair, desk and modern monitor with HDMI for guests to use.

The front porch sitting area and back porches and patio are all available for guests to enjoy as well as making use of the large fenced in back yard. Guests also have access to the oversized double garage to the rear of the property which can be accessed through the pedestrian door from the back yard, or via the overhead garage door from the alleyway behind. Guests with a Tesla (EV) are welcome to use the Tesla Wall Connector charger located in the double garage.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Access is via a smart keypad lock and guests can park on the street right out front (it's a quiet street so there's normally ample parking) or in the double garage to the rear.

Other things to note
1. Please be aware that the stairs to the second floor are original to the home (early 1900’s) and are slightly steeper than your average staircase so please be careful.

2. Please be respectful of the neighbors, especially when using outdoor spaces.

3. Please note that the outdoor furniture and amenities are seasonal and will be stored away during the cold winter months (please contact us if you have any questions).

4. Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy prior to booking. We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans. Hosts are not be responsible for issuing refunds due to changes made outside of the cancellation policy.
