Set amongst the wonderful views of Los Altos ("The Heights" in English), Our home has plenty to offer - whether you're stopping over for a short winter break or a two week summer holiday for you and the kids, "Casa de Gienia" can fulfil your needs.


We take it upon ourselves to update and refurbish parts of the property yearly so that each year our guests experience something new and fresh.

A beautiful poolside bungalow with fantastic roof views, and a cosy interior.

The space
House takes five guests. Bear in mind the sleeping capacity is spread out over a Double bed, two singles and a Sofa-bed.

Our home has had a complete refurbishment throughout which makes it feel like new.

Guest access
Guests have access to the pool which is right in front of the house - and if you fancy cooking something zesty, feel free to pick a lemon from our tree...

Our home has a wonderful rooftop solarium where you can relax whilst overlooking the sea, harbour and pool - and where you can also get your tan on.

A beautiful large solar panel cladded pergola keeps you nice and shaded in the midday sun and you can feel proud knowing that the Aircon is mostly carbon neutral.

Other things to note
If you're still having trouble deciding, just remember that the World Health Organisation have deemed Torrevieja the healthiest place to live on Earth.

The local park, the views from our roof, the pool, the proximity of the shops and restaurants all add to a great holiday without having to go very far.

La Zenia boulevard is a brand new modern shopping centre that has everything from Primark to a massive "hipermarket" called Al Campo. Shop until you drop.

Our closest beach is at the bottom of the road and will take around 20 mins or so to walk to.

- Beautiful dual waterfall and standard shower
- Modern high quality kitchen
- BBQ for use
- Open recreational space, 5 a side football pitch and kids play areas all very close

- Closest beach is only 1 mile away, and many others a little further either side
