Located in one of Orange County's most charming neighborhoods nestled along tree lined streets is our relaxing oasis. Enjoy time lounging in the sun room with your morning coffee or outside in our private pool surrounded by lush greenery. We’re a quick 10 mins drive to Disneyland and 30 mins to the beach.

The space
This is a 1600 sq ft ranch style home with private pool and two covered patios in the backyard. In our backyard there’s a bbq grill for you to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors at your leisure. Inside there’s a sunroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool area. Adjacent to the sunroom are the kitchen and dining areas. Three bedrooms are located to one side of the house down a hallway from the main living area.

Guest access
Parking is available on our driveway for up to 3 cars. Street sweeping occurs every Tuesday between 8am-12pm. Please make sure to park on the driveway if you are staying through Tuesdays to avoid ticketing.

Other things to note
The pool can be heated for an extra charge (between $50- 100/ day depending on seasonal temperature). For pool heating, 24 hours advance notice is required as it takes 8-10 hours for the pool to come up to temperature. Heating needs to be for the duration of your stay.

*** Please note that a $500 deposit will be required for all stays over 15 nights to cover any damages or incidentals. Deposit will be refunded after checkout once our staff have confirmed that there were no issues.
