Brand new modern construction and all new furniture. Began renting Dec 2021 Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Aruba. Single level open concept villa sleeps 12 with 3.5 baths and 5 bedrooms (2 En-suite bathrooms). All bedrooms with comfortable king beds and 40-inch Roku Smart TV's. Air condition throughout. Spacious yard with private inground pool and relaxing waterfall, bar and shower. Games galore - Pool Basketball, ping pong table, giant chess board, cornhole and Kan-Jam.

The space
Entering the home, your immediately greeted by a bright open concept kitchen, living and dining space. The vaulted dining room ceilings are 20 feet high with gorgeous, exposed woodwork. French doors lead out to the private backyard and give you the freedom to easily enjoy the amazing Aruban climate. Swim in the inground pool, soak in the sun or having cocktails at the bar with your loved ones.

Kitchen/Dining:
Dining table accommodates 10 and bar seating for 4. All stainless-steel Samsung appliances, 4 burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with an ice maker, Ninja blender, Keurig drip and single K-cup machine, toaster, tea pot, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, glassware and silverware.

Living Room:
Enormous (23 feet x 18 feet) living room with exposed wood ceilings and plenty of room for the whole family. Snuggle up on the plush sectional couch while watching a movie on the 55-inch Roku Smart-TV. Open the French doors to access the private backyard.

Outdoor Space:
The yard is very private
with high walls. Outdoor bar is equip with stools, sink and gas cooking grill. Take a dip in the 10x23, 5 feet deep swimming pool. There are 4 lounge chairs in the sun. The dining table is covered and can accommodate 10 people. Outdoor shower, washer and dryer.

Outdoor Games:

Bedrooms:
5 bedrooms, sleeps 12. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house (1 master bedroom and 3 additional). The 5th bedroom is detached from the home and is a 2nd master. All bedrooms have king beds and smart TV's (5th bedroom has an additional trundle bed with 2 twin beds)

Bathrooms:
Stand up showers with shower handles that can be detached and held. There is a half bath located off the yard.

Additional items:
Iron and ironing board, vacuum

Children:
child pack and play and booster seat can be provided for a small fee.

Guests have access to the whole villa, with the exception of a small owners closet. There will never be any other guests staying at the villa while you are there.

No special attention has been made to child proofing. The yard is fully fenced in but the pool does not have safety fencing around it. Please do not leave small children unattended. Pack and play and booster seat can be provided for a small additional fee.
